H&G BUD XL. Does it contain PGR's???

I heard that bud xl may contain pgr's. Does anyone know if it does infact have pgr's? If it does then it wouldn't be for sale in CA

not sure about pgrs in bud xl, but General Hydro legally registered bush load for use in cali.. it contains pacloburtazol..

I seen that on their website and a few ad magazines. I wonder how they got around it to register it in CA. I hope bud xl doesn't have any

Nah i dont think so. You dont even use it until week 4-6, pgrs are most useful with strains that stretch and that happens through the first 3-4 weeks. Running a pgr after that may have yield benefits but not like halting the gebrellins in earlier weeks. Id be suprised. I sure hope it doesnt at least haha.

Yea that's my understanding is that pgr's are used in the early wks of flowering to stop stretching. But who knows on the bud xl.

I talked to their Canadian REP one time.

Its basically carbs and a few vitamins, the name is misleading, suggesting it does more in the bloom booster realm of things.
their north American Market PK booster is their top booster, and then for europe they have a pk 13/14 like every other european brand.
The Dutch brands don't tend to fuck around with PGRs. The Aussie brands and smaller american companies tend to be guilty of it.

H&G are big enough that they can't slip hidden PGRs past regulators

RubeGoldberg, thanks for the clear up.. Very glad to hear bud xl doesn't contain pgr's

I hear allot of the Aussie nutrients have pgr's. I tend to stay away from them.

I was given a free sample box of cyco nutrients recently haven't used it and don't plan too. I'm just going to give them away

Cyco nutrients are good stuff. I'm pretty sure it's just rebranded old formula advanced Nutes. Nutrifield has been killing it in my garden the last 18 months. Pharmaceutical grade slats, loaded with ingredients from the ocean. The flagship product is NF Zyme it does contain a pgr in the for of gebrelic acid, it's only use in veg and the shit kills it for root and shoot development.

Hey guys Bud-XL has no P.G.R.'s in it it has natural plant hormones such as auxin and cytokins in there that are naturally derived from the plants that the use to extract this awesome stuff from. It also has all the essential vitamins needed for flowering such as b-1 b-12 and vitamin e. It also has two enzymes that help with sugars being relocated to the flowers instead of the leaves. I have even heard that this stuff is organic and that the blue color is from the plants that it is extracted from.

Nope. No pgrs. Just some good enzymes. It's like Multi-Zen but bud XL is used more for late Flowerring. It basically uses enzymes to extract sugars and then concentrate them inn the flowers. I use it evry feeding now after week 3 of flowering. I don't really know if it works or doesn't. Because I haven't done a run without so I can't sit here and tell you it works amazing or anything because dont know what they would be without the bud XL. Maybe ill try not running it on a clone and see the difference.

Im not sure if its the budxl that contains it, but part of the house and garden line definitely does contain PGRs. A friend recently had his bud tested with the werc shop lab and it came back positive for paclobutrazol. He used the full house and garden line with top shooter and no other nutrients were used outside of the h&g line. Paclobutrazol is he same pgr in phosphoload and is for ORNAMENTAL USE ONLY. The next step will be to have the nutrients tested to see which one contains it.
