Too much food. These are seedlings, they should be receiving only water at this stage.

1st two weeks no nutes then 0.7 - 0.9 range on the EC is one way to go. In either case 1.2 is way too high for such young seedlings.

test your runoff EC and ph first. The plants upon closer inspection look fried. I had one like this which I stubbornly grew out. It gave less than 10g.

Sometimes it is better to start again.

not sure about that question. Someone more into hydro growing will know the answer. Your EC and ph sound better. Without seeing plants again it is hard to answer your question.

This is not an area of expertize but I'll try and answer your question.
If I'd decided on a feeding level of EC 1.0 then the feed would be 1.0 EC every feeding. Every time.
Given your plant problems you might want to research the best feeding schedule going forward.

My seedlings are about that size, and I just gave them about 160 PPM of Nutrients. They are doing very well and growing significantly.

In terms of runoff. I have heard two things. Some say measure the runoff of Coco and some say it doesn't matter. My runoff is 1118 PPM. Which is gigantic. Yet my plants have no problems. Whatever is making up all that PPM, doesn't seem to have any effect on my plants right now.
