Howdy everyone! As the title states, im going to purchasing a new tent for my next run but was hoping for a little input. Heres a little info about the setup that might help..

400w switchable ballast with 400 w HPS Hortilux LU400S light /w Super Sun 2 hood
can 33 filter ducted to stanley blower
hydrofarm 95cfm fan from previous air cooled unit
(2) 125cfm fans from high end servers (im an it guyhaha)
1 osc. fan
#2 smartpots H&G coco drippers multiple feeds
H&G full nutrient line

Im planning on doing a modular scrog the following run, but this one im just going to be doing some LST and topping on 2 ladies. Here are a few i have been lookin at and starting to lean towards the first one, as it seems like its built quite well for the price. Please let me know if you have used nay of these and your experiences with them! thanks in advance

EarthWorth 3: 32x32x63sounds like vent holes might be a little small, although one person says he uses 6" ducting just fine

$90

Generic 32x32x63 actually seems fairly decent. no reviews but the venting and durability seems good

GrowDen 36x36x78 all vents are 6 inches. seems like a decent option.

$105

Virtual Sun 36x36x78. Looks well built, 6 inch vents, free shipping

The first tent is no good for 6'' vent or bigger. I like the GrowDen because its taller which has many benefits but if you look it says that size only has 4 and 8 inch vent holes. I dont like Virtual Sun products.

trich, good lookin out! i was lookin at the 2x2 vent holes. In theory i could use 6" ducting and just close the vent via velcro or something no?

Before purchasing I would recommend looking into the vents to make sure your idea for cooling will work. My advanti 2x4 tent has a vent on top however the tube that comes down inside is a 90degree angle with the hole pointing towards the door... this makes complete no sense to me considering you'll never get a straight pull through or even be able to hook your ducting up properly...it will have to go from a hood, up to the hole then do a 90degree turn just to get out...wasteful as fuck if you ask me(excuse the language)

Secret Jardin rocks. Keep in mind quality zippers. If they fail, your screwed.

Chowdan, the vents are definitely something im going to be checking out. i need at least a few 6" vents for exhausting....i can work with intake!

The Jardins are pretty nice tents and noticeably more expensive. I was curious if theres any other brands that have similar characteristics but dont have the price tag the Jardins do!

I have 2 Secret Jardin tents. Got both of them 2nd hand off of a friend. They're showing their age after a good 3 years of use from myself and another 3 easily from my friend. A little failure on the stitching a one or two places- nothing duct tape can't fix.

If I was going to be buying a new tent I'd still be grabbing a Secret Jardin.

Cabinet Ninja you said ti perfectly. Ive been using Secret Jardin for a few years and they are starting to show there age but are still light proof and the zippers are still intact. I cant judge the other tents Secret Jardin is all ive ever used. Good luck LL
