Hi to all of you my friends of Icmag ! I want to share with you my first experience with microgrowing.
The method used isn't a SCRoG at all, 'cause i've just used the net as a " guide " for the plants to keep them small, and not for separate the branches to get multiple heads. For the ventilation i've used just a 110millimeters PC fan for the outtake with passive intake. Lamps are 3 CFLs at 2700°k, 2 of 32w and one of 24w = 87W (85). Ladies vegged a bit too long, 'cause of the slow growth maybe caused by high temps.
The Exodus Cheese was done just for fun. A personal challenge just to see if i could do small plants using aluminium pots like soda cans. So it wasn't really treated with the right attention. My bad, cause it could be a real " little big plant " and it tasted so good.. Real nice strain. Next time i'll run it properly
PC Case specs,
Light: about 85w of CFLs at 2700°k
Ventilation: 110mm PC fan for the outtake, some holes on the top of the case and some in the front for the passive intake
Pots: small gardening pots, maybe 1,5 litres but i'm not so sure, i don't know how to calculate the capacity
Temps and umidity were take with a cheap thermoigrometer, so it wasn't accurate at all
Temps: from 22°C to 28°C lights on and from 15°C to 21°C lights off
Umidity: from 35% to 60% lights on and from 50% to 80% lights off
Ferts: In veg phase i used an organic italian fertiliser with NPK 5-2-3, and for the flowering Hesi Fosfor Plus with PK 7-5 + Black molasses
Last week i flushed properly my plants with just water
For the pictures, i'll show you the progress with a wideshot picture of the whole case from the start to the harvest. If you want to see the progress of single plants, i'm going to put the link of the album at the end of the thread.
Here's the photos:
