Cbd Extraction - whole plant wash vs selective section wash

Alright all you oil freaks, lets discuss plant wash experience.

I personally, have found that finely ground material releases more cbd. Unfortunately, it also releases lots of other nasties. I see river rock is promoting "whole plant washes" for greater cbd extraction. I always seperate trim from popcorn from bud.

With proper filtering you can grind your material to a powder and still not pull chlorophyll and other nastiness.

I've made some fine shatter after turning my starting material to kief.. haven't tested too many cbd oil samples just yet though..

I wonder if there would be more cbd present in the second run on the material...

The wine industry has .5 micron in-line filters. Freezer/Ethanol to reduce the waxes.

What is the proper filter?

When I first got the tri-clamp tubes from glacier tanks I found this filter.

It was the lowest micron filter I could find that fit the tube perfectly, but I never got it because that tiny piece would have cost more than the entire tube and coffee filters have been working fine for me.
