Yeah I just got a freebie of Silver LA too, and a few freebies from Humboldt Organisation that I was excited to get like OG kush and blue dream.
Just dropped my single Silver LA fem into soil today.

Hi folks, i received the silver la aswell as a freeb and it's at 4.5 wks 12/12.
(skunk*NL)*haze.
I think got a haze pheno, stretch*3.5, smells like heaven, hard to describe, sweets(candy) with germaline(antiseptic cream).
starting to put on some sugar, i have high hopes for this one......
I went freebie crazy and i'm growing out a selection from the DNA - RP catalogue. Some of the aromas are amazing at 4.5 wks.
I can post up my progress on the plant if anyone's interested?

Fantastic! Glad my lone soldier is doing well, after seeing your pics, she looks like a keeper!
Once again, I had forgotten about this thread, that I started. 
So, I never ended up taking pictures of my Silver LA. I had a lot of stuff going on during the time frame when she was finishing and harvested. But I revegged the plant, which is a nice, bushy mother plant now. After I do a run of Lemon Skunk next, I will do the Silver LA again.
All I can say right away is that it ended up being massive, plump buds that didn't really elongate so much as they filled out in girth. The head bud was like a baseball, just as wide and round as it was long. Very dense. The high was fairly sleepy, even though I harvested on the earlier end of the scale (at 8 weeks). I do look forward to giving her another go!

She had pre veg of about two to three weaks and after that she's been under the thousand watter for like a month now... She sin there with a fem la confidential and a fem la women... Along side those three are a few brotherhood ogs... The silver la is the tallest so far out of the bunch so if what the one guy said is true about her stretch three and a half times her length, then im in for it. ...
