Loompa's Moondawg F2

Been testing this for Loompa Farms. The strain is Moondawg F2 and the lineage is 91 Chem x Old Time Moonshine. Loompa says his 91 Chem is different than the Skunkva. Having grown neither by myself I can't really discern any differences so it doesn't matter much to me.

This will be a picture journal, they're already on day 40 of flower.

Moondawg #1 - faded a bit early on me :-( - this phenotype has a very open structure and has vitamins/sweet piney chem spear shaped buds with a good stretch.

Moondawg #2 - stouter plant, late branched and low stretch. Smells like dog shit and oily chemdawg

#1 - this one looks like it'll flower longer. Maybe 70-75 days? Idk

Yeah Loompa isn't very active online, these F2's were supposed to be released awhile ago. Hope they are soon so I can grab more. Between phenotypes they're a bit sensitive going from one side of the parental spectrum to the other... ie the chem phenos want their food and the OTM phenos could use without the heavy feed.

Both are mixed in smell. The live plants smell more chem/garlic/sourish/earthy until you brush into them and get the sweet/vitamin and chem. #1 is sweeter and #2 carries more earth and pine at the moment. Vegging cuts of the #2 smell quite strong

Here's a couple from a few days ago @59 days. Thinking the #2 plant will be done around 70 and the #1 a little after that. #1 has been slower to fill in.

Moondawg #1 - This one faded on top rather than the bottom. I think that signifies micro deficiencies like Iron and Sulfur, not entirely sure!

Nice plants Cannavore.
I've grown both Loompa chem and the SVa and I think there is a lot of difference between them, both are great plants IMO.
I love Loompa chem's high and the sweet aftertaste it leaves in your mouth. It's very much like a Diesel plant the way it flowers and grows. SVa is more like an OG and is also very potent and flavorful.
Never have grown the OTMS or even smoked it.
I'm sure it will be a good cross just from my experience with the Loompa Chem, tastes great and is very potent.

Thanks for the picture comparison Randy. Ive been wondering how the cuts differed for awhile now.

I've never grown 91 or OTM so they're both a first for me These are loud smelling plants so I'm sure they'll pack a tasty punch.

Loompa is a great guy I'll be glad to continue supporting him. He's a man of potency like myself. I've got his Yeti OG, and Moondawg.. Wanting the other releases cause I don't have access to cuttings.

@Guy - I hope they'll both be done by 11 weeks. The first pheno looks like it could go 80, the #2 probably a little less than that. Since most of the testers ran off with these beans I'd like to wait until they're fully done just to provide loompa and the community an adequate enough report on my time growing this strain.

@70 days

Moondawg #1 was affected more than I thought from light stress. During sexing I left it out of my tent in my closet during a night cycle because I thought it was a male. Now what I thought were a few bananas turned out to quite a bunch. Good thing they seem to be mainly sterile.

late bloom nanners are common with some strains and no big deal as its to late for seeds to form, still looks grand!!
