cops over my house in helicopter again

last night the police chopper was over my house for half an hour...lucky the lights was off and had been for a few hours....there back again tonight but my lights are on this time been there about 15 mins as i am typing this....if i aint posted in the next 72 hours then im knicked,lol. might just go to the window and

will have 24/48 hours befor thay can get a warrant i think...might move my plants to a mates and just put some house plant in the room for a few days

This happened to me last year.
I ditched my plants and they never came knocking i felt like a right cu#t lol..
Turned out they were watching some trouble makers down the street.
If you live near a bad neighbourhood a motorway or large busy roads could be any one of them things.
But do what you feels best man,follow yer gut feelings,plants can always be replaced,your time cant..be safe and stay well man!!

i hoping it want for me but there aint much else i could of been for...right over my street for ages two nights on the trot,the first night i thought good job my lights are off..then tonight it came again a few hours earlier when my house would of been white hot on there heat seeking camera....now im thinking they came again at a different time cos they had no luck the first night.time will tell

was talking to a cop buddy of mine who worked in the narcotics undercover unit. he said that 90% of busts that happened around the north east were due to informants, jealous family members or ex's.

99% of what cops accomplish in any arena is due to informants, they have almost nothing without them. Simply put, don't tell anyone what you're doing if you can help it.

Because the police in this case did not have a warrant, the Court reversed Kyllo's conviction for growing marijuana.

Here is a Narc statement taken from an ABC news report on thermal imaging use regarding busting grows.

"But he says the police in his department and others he's trained around the country have been instructed not to use the devices without having first obtained probable cause through other means. So he says the ruling should not greatly affect current police use of infrared cameras on homes."

"Whenever we're doing an indoor grow operation investigation we've already established the necessary probable cause prior to doing the thermal imaging,"

So, the narcs have to have probable cause before they can do anything using thermal imaging. You are already screwed if they are looking at your grow with thermal imaging if they intend to bust you. Thermal imaging is just icing on the cake.
