Need help confirming exhaust fan sizes

I'm going with a Two Stage ventilation for my 12x10x9.5 grow room, so I'll need two fans.

Lighting: 6 400w HPS with aircooling tubes + 8 fluorescents for side lighting (2 per wall)

For the room itself, I understand I need anywhere from 0.2 to 1 room ACpM. MY room is 12x10.9.5 = 1140 cf. So I could go with an inline fan as small as 228 cfm or bigger, right? I was probably gonna with something around 600 cfm inline.

For the lighting (6 400w HPS lights, the fluorescents not included obviously), the formula is= 3.16*(Total Watts)/deltaT

So that's 3.16*2400= 7584/deltaT // I'm a little confused here, vent thread says this can be 20-30, do I just pick a number like 20 to figure this out? 7584/20 = 380 cfm (axial)

Would these be correct?

disregard this thread, think i'm gonna go with vert growing. it'll save me $400 (buying tubes/reflectors & bulbs + extra electrical costs)
