2 weeks after germination

these ladies where germinated roughly 13 days ago.

Most of them look healthy, but there are some that are looking a bit off

i have 3 Snow riders that have only formed 1 cotyledon:

i have 2-3 others that the young leaves are starting to hang / curl
tips of the leaves are dropping anyways

as for the hanging leaves, ill hold off with water for a bit and see if they improve a little

I'm giving them rain water if possible, and else i give them tap water, my past grows have always gotten water straight from the tap, from start till finish and have not seen these issues before
so i doubt its the water

as for PH, I'm not sure.
I will have to find a spot where i can pick up some new test strips

I no longer know people that go to school and can hook me up ><

i have not given any nutes so far.

Are the missing cotyledons a problem? or will this only result in a slower start up phase?

Those plants are awful small for being almost 2 weeks old. Those peat pots and the soil look bone dry in most pots, I say they need water BAD.
It would help if you gave some more info such as, water regimen, soil type and amendments, lights used/hours, etc.

Atm, they are under natural light, just near the window still,

i have not done anything fancy to them.

and they have all been treated the same way, tho somehow some of them are lagging behind on the rest. ( primarily the ones with a missing cotyledon )

they might look bone dry, but i gave them water a day before the pics where taken
but yes, they dry up rather fast atm, so I'm potting them into the bigger container so it holds it water better

as for soil type, its nothing fancy.. i used what I've always used for the start
i tried to find an English link, tho i was unable to find it

cant enlarge the first picture, but I would say they are good looking.
try to give them more humidity. don't change your watering style, better to few then to much!

the problem with 2 of the 3 small ones on the first picture, is that they came up with only one
cotyledon and was wondering if that would be a problem, since i remember reading that auto flowers
have an increased chance of going hermaphrodite if you stress them to much.

sadly I'm not familiar with this camera, and tried close ups before.
generally ended in a big green and brown blurry pic.
ill see if i can get some better ones

as for the growth rate, there are 3 that have started growing again ( space forming between cotyledons
and the leaves that popped up shorty after )

i think they might have gotten a little shock last weekend when i had to move them to my " storage room "
where the heaters are not turned on, because i had a birthday to celebrate
perhaps the change in temp shocked them

as for the hanging leaves on the 2nd picture, still clueless on whats causing it.
I've potted most of them by now, and am hoping they will recover from whatever is / was the problem

So, Here's the next few pic's

Its been about 4 weeks since germination,

Still didn't feed them, but some of them are starting to get the size where i think i can start feeding them

but as i said,, its only some.. all of them where germinated together, but there's such a difference between them

The ones with toothpicks are Snow Ryders
The ones with the long sticks are the super skunks
There's still a few without a stick in them,
witch are the seeds i had lying around from 2 years ago in a Ziploc baggy, exposed to sun, temperature changes and anything else i imagine is bad. was curious if they would come up

out of 7 old seeds, only 2 are still doing something, tho the one in the red cup is going down. the rest are already shriveled up

overall pic
Note the different sizes of them

These 3 on the right are the ones that have done best so far

Curling of the leaves is still happening on some of these

These kinda describe the smaller ones

i rotate them around so they all are close to the window/light
but since frost is still around here, i still cannot put them outside for a better light fall, so for now, they all have a big tendency to grow to the right :p

As for soil, i had them in seeding earth after they germinated, but when potting, most of it fell off so they are in cocopeat now.
looked on the bag, and found this info:

NPK 7-6-6
PH: 5.2-6.2

Ive been giving them bottled water, :
http://www.spa.nl/spareine?gclid=CP2o6ZLl3rYCFVMRtAodJWgApA

Witch has a pH of 6 according to the label
i still have been unable to get my hands on a pH tester/strips

Im still hoping the growth will pick up once i put them outside , but for that to happen, the weather has to improve

so my worries are still the differences( or rather lack ) in growth, and curling of the leaves

if anyone has any thoughts, please share

indeed, they are 4 weeks in, and its baffling me that most of them are growing so slow.
this is my 1st time doing either feminized or auto-flower, so i dont know what to expect from it.

ill give them all a light feed then, lets see if they start doing stuff

Bah, my housing cooperative send me a letter saying that they will pain the in and outside of my windows.. ill have to get rid of the young ones before this happens.. rental home ftl

i wish they where not so wide spread in growth.. out of the 15ish that are left.. only 7 are big enough for me not to worry placing them out ( growing them up for 2 colleagues of mine )

only the super skunks will end up in my grow spot

but only 1 of those is big enough for me to be happy with it

things seems to be against me this year:shucks:
