hey there, im new to this site but have been growing indoors for a year and have done 2 years of outdoor grows with
poor results. this year im planning on putting around 50 clones out of blue berrry and a few of chemo.

soil mix.
my soil will be a mixture of peat moss, some sheep shit/cow shit, some mulch, and some water crystals to abosrb
water for those blistering hot days. for the crystals its called soil moist and they come in packets so i plan on putting
some at the bottom of the hole than one about 1/2 foot to the top (hope its not to much... heard it can push ur plant
out of the ground...)

fertilizer.
i will be using chicken shit mixed into water for about 2 weeks to three striring 2 times a day so all the shit breaks
down. alo im going to be using those sticks u put by your plant ill prob be doing 2 sticks for each plant, not to sure
what ill use for flowering yet so help would be appreseated

plan for planting.

once I dig all my holes i expect to have each 3' x 3' and than filled mith my soil. im planning on cutting half the leaves
off one side before transplanting and then flipping the plant on its side so the roots will extend further and will be able
to grab more water. i plan on putting 5 at each site so ill have aprox ten sites i will be attending to. i plan on watering
once every 10 days or so depending on weather.
just wondering if anyone would know a avergage yeild pr plant if i water every 10 days with those conditions and
what to do to improve the yeild.. as well i will be drying all of this in a apt.

need to water more then 10 days.. proly 5. .

you ment i should be watering every five days? also my soil mixture is up above i guess i should give % of what is in it so here it is

40% sheep mounour, 40% peat moss, and prob 10% chicken shit for the base and 10% of mulch. ill get the names and correct nutes when i get home... and post it up tommorrow i will prob also be taken pics of sites once i get them set up. about 70% of my sites will get full sun most days since there are just a few big bushes around them but also a few sites may only get 5-7 hours of direct sun through out the day.. as to yield it was a long shot and didnt expect a defate answer.

everything is going to be a clone about 15 clones have been vegging for about a month andd in red solo cups they are starting to become root bound so i need to get them out as soon as the nice weather comes.

as for nute ill post them later tommrrow or the next day.

soil i used this mixed with sheep monour seem to turn out nice about a 40% - 40% mix than im thinking of some chicken poop for the BASE of the hole and some mulch possible for the top 10% or less
once i mixed it up
jobes plant food spikes 13 -4 -5 ill put these in whn i transplant out side about 2 for each plant
chicken shit mixed with water as a fertilizer all free range organic chicken poop. i may get something else for fertilizer but not to sure any suggestions?

blueberry and chemo (red cup) clones

if you put clones out now with no supplemental lighting you will have flowering plants and they will suck, reveg and then suck some more,

dont put clones outside till june 1st if you dont have extra supplemental lighting

when u mean supplement ligting u mean extra lighting? alright ill just take a whole wack of clones from my clones than ill stick them out on june 1 st like u said.... than i can take my time digging holes for them....

any suggestions on a good small shovel? i bought a fold up onebut it broke on the first hole i dugg...

No idea about showvels, they do make ones for backpacking trips that fold up.

Your plan to have plants out in june is much smarter and safe. Less time for bad things to happen. Just make sure you harden the clones off for a couple weeks before you put them outdoors for good. They should start with a hour or two of indirect light outside for a few days, gradually bumping it up in time outside and sun intensity until at the end of two weeks they are ready to go outside for good, you will notice the stems will strengthen up and the branching will be sturdier thanks to hardening them off.

Dont forget not to over water, better to let them use the water they have and show a small sign of stress then to over water them from the start and then get rootrot or someother problem down the road.

edit- aso yo may want to read up on some of the soil mixes int he organic soil section of icmag, they discuss man ymixes which you have plenty of time to make until you plant. these mixes are heavy on food without burning and should serve the outdoor gorilla gardener very well as your biggest hurdels are water, security and good soil for the plant, oh and awesome sunlight, cant forget that

alright i hve a balcony so i may jst get a box and stick them in there with the top open so they ge sun and still "harden" but since i work like everyday ill prob have to stick them out at six or so... im guessing indoor lights wont work to good? with a heavy blowing fan?

rasta thanks for the nute and soil comment ill deff cheack that out later today if possible

so last night i was looking at different types of soil mixtures and i saw subcool's super soil, which sounds like a good soil since all u do is make the mix than add

it in the bottom 1/4 - 1/2 of the hole than fill the rest with a base soil and once the roots hit the super soil it gives it nutrents and stuff till the end of harvest

http://hightimes.com/read/subcool

%C3%A2%E2%82%AC%E2%84%A2s-super-soil-step-step

now i looked up trying to find places that sell roots organic soil and harvest moon soil and it seems you can only get it in the usa.... and im in canada. now i was
thinking to use my original mixture but modified since my mixture may be to "hot" so here it is

top: 1-2 inches of natural ceder mulch than base soil

base soil: cow/compost manure im thinking maybe like 15-20% and than pro-mix bx- mycorrizae- all purpose. not to sure how much tho... and not to sure if i

should add another type of soil to a mix.

jobes plant food spikes
13-4-5 (2 per plant)
soil moist one pack for base soil

whats a good canadian soil company? has anyine used fafard soil, and what was the pros and cons?

supersoil : so my super soil layer i was thinking about using

-soil moist one pack for super soil
-warm casting have 30 lbs so far
-green earth organic - Blood meal 12-0-0
-green earth organic - Super Phosphate 0-20-0
-green earth organic - Bone meal 4-10-0 (i may steam it)
-cant seem to find kelp meal but would like to use it any suggestions?
-epson salts (can i use the stuff from shoppers? )
-sweet lime (dolomite) still need to find
-i kinda wanna use bloom bat gnano but stores dont sell it does anyone have a good substitute for this?

haven't gotten precentages of how much nutrents i should use yet i may try and copy subcool's %

nutes - ill prob just stick with my chicken manure baked in the sun for prob 3 weeks and steired once to twice a day, still looking for something for bloom... i

guess i could use monster bloom but i dont think it would be the greatest for outdoors. i may just use malasses for the last few weeks before harvest.

more suggestions on nutes would be appreseated :)

if you have a decent soil, like the ones mentioned in the organic soil section of icmag, not hightimes, then you wouldnt even need flowering food,

basically im trying to tell you the organic no feed soil recipes on icmag, (just search a bit) are awesome and you wont have to do anytihng to your plants but make sure they get water and sun light!

transporting some dirt to sites and its fucking heavy as hell, its a good thing i bought a camping back pack with back support because lugging all the dirt just for 2 holes feels like at least 50 pounds or more now i know why people say u need to work out before trying to do a garrilla grow (lots of dirt traveling to go still only got about 14 holes dug and 4 filled by tonight
