Hi all

i am finally giving up paying over the odds for wet or damp bud,and want to start a small time percy grow

i am looking into getting a Dr100 tent, i think they are 1 meter by 1 meter?(this will be in my garage) and really want to use a LED light for this, i will only be growing one,max two at a time and wondered what light i should go for in this set up? i know i have a long way to go but this is my starting point!!

I would go with a Lumatek 250W Digital Ballast HPS/MH 120V/240V, for a good led think it would cost£££££££££,250w ballast.... That's my 1st grow with 250w one plant Dutch Passion White Widow she give me 11oz clear...........

How many plants will a dr60 house? Looking for two at a time really just a bit of Percy!!

LED will significantly cut down on heat problems..

If this is your first grow be prepared to deal with HEAT issues big time if you don't plan for it with proper fans, especially with a traditional bulb. THey give off lots of heat, and just when your plants are big and healthy they will drink up all their water faster then you expected and the heat will build up with little air space for your girls. They could die!

No, I recommend traditional bulbs, they work much better and are cheaper. They are hot hot hot and give less room for error for a first-timer. Your tent is small, so heat will build up fast.

My tip... fill the bottom of the tent at least 3/4 full as far as area is concerned with your pot space. I think 25 liters+ for final pot size during flower is good.

What do u mean by traditional?? Sorry, really am new to all this??

If I want to grow two, does that mean two 25l pots in the tent?


Should I scrap that kit idea and look at a 1m x 1m tent?
