Northern Seed Farm - Sister M

Hey guys I am week 2 of flower on this Sister M. I put 3 seeds down and held the other 2 back in smaller pots for a bit. Flowering in a 1m tent with a 600HPS hung vert no hood.

Using Vitalink Earth soil and Earth Bloom with Bio Plus, Bio Pack, Buddy and Bud Excel. Also using the Silimate they have brought out. Have also recently added an airstone to my water. pH is 6 - need to get some more -

I topped her a fair few times and super cropped a few days before flower so got some nice strong heads on there. Liking moister soil conditions.

Ah really! I have some Klar from Hash*_*Bean too. Most excellent. have wanted to wait to stick a good few of them down together and just save a few beans for future.

I grew some Mez out before but I didn't have such a great grow thanks to some light leakage. Made some nice hash though.

What sort of aromas am I expecting from the Sister Ms?

Glad you are liking the Sister M so far. Looks like its comming along nicely. Too bad about the light leaks for the Mezmakronic grow.

Just for the record:
Mezmakronic has no relations at all to Klar (which is Hash_bean420's G-13 project), nor G-13 in any shape or form.
Sister M and Mezmakronic are both derived from the same genetic roots, taken along different selected lines.

When GS grows the Sister M mom, it tastes of berries, maybe even raspberries. When I grow it, it leans more to a citrus flavor. Tastes good smoking it in either locale Most people who try it mention one or a combination of those 2 tastes, citrus/berry.

I usually take the Sister M 10 weeks to let the buds' flavor and aroma fully develop and ripen, though I have taken it down at 9 weeks on occasion.

Cheers for the info NSF! I have no problem taking her when she needs to go, I usually go 9 if its 8 anyway as that seems to be what works best for my Crohn's with most of what else I grow. I just love how shes standing up to attention and the thickness of growth so far. Got cuts ready to go in for the next round already.

Have a Jack The Ripper cleaner pheno with a cherry twist on its last run - not a keeper for the garden due to low yeild so either berry or citrus would be welcome finders crossed for somewhere inbetween!

Week 4 update and I am absolutely loving the Sister M. Strong and steady growth with no signs of unhappiness. The golf ball sized budsites this last week really started to throw out the resin and guving her bits a rub underneath I can tell that this is more of a berry leaning aroma, a little bt hashy and a little bit creamy but we all know how much the smells can change.
Have several vegging out under a 600 MH at the moment as I am excited about getting more than one going at the same time the round after next. Enjoy the pics!

You are right, in all honesty no one can ever tell from seed, but in terms of what the estimation is it falls into the realms of what one might consider half way though.

I've been wondering about these as well. Shame NorthernSeedFarms doesn't want to release the lineage, I think he would probably sell more seeds. But.. His overall motive for getting them out to the worldwide public may not be to make piles of cash which is commendable.

The plants speak for themselves I guess..

Had a bit of a problem with the store I ordered my supplies from over the last few weeks, they totally forgot to send out all my nutrients and then took them a week to get them out to me after I had told them they had left it off the order.

So I feel like I am at least a week behind because I did't get to boost wanted.

Appears I have had a a bit of pollination in the tent thanks to the mae I had in my other tent - nothing major at all just noticed a few pistils had gone considerable early in some spots around the time i let the dude bust. Pollen is of course a clinger and probably didnt wash myself down well enough - Sister M is all looking good though.

Starting to smell a littel orange now, has been a little berry like most of the way but there is a citrusness coming to it that isnt your usual lemons. More like one of the orange fruit zests.
