Rainbow Jones - Connoisseur Genetics

Sup Freedom Farmers, Have just put down 3 beans of Connoisseur Genetics Rainbow Jones. Germed in tissue paper. Will be vegging these ladies out for about 6 weeks after they are big enough to re pot. Will be flowered under a 600 HPS with a parabolic hood. Using bizz light mix. I am still thinking about which nutrients to go for.

Have been using Hessi for a couple of grows but I am coming to the end of the bottle and it's not done anything to make me want to stick with it but it hasn't been so bad that it makes me want to change. Ideally I'd like to run these organic so wondered what people had to suggest feed wise there? I've used Plant Magic before but tbh it kind of came out a little flavorless even though I'd used mollasses towards the end.

Any advice welcome, I grow to treat Crohns and Arthiritis and love making oil so resin is important!

Time for an update as it's the start of a new month I might aswell do it now. They have come one a fair little bit but didn't feel the need to post between now and then. Cold spell got to my room a little bit but managed to get that sorted quickly enough by setting up another tent ;)

Coming along healthy so can't complain.

Sorry for the big gap in posting. I managed to loose my camera a while ago and not managed to get a replacement after emptying mt bank at the grow shop! Should have something to show you next week when a friend comes to visit!

They have been in flower for a week now, have been lollipopped and I am loving the structure. Great healthy leaves with great shape. Pleasure helping these grow.

So here is R in her new home.

Only had space to stick R and O into flower but am on a 3 week perpetual now so wont be long before Y joins them. Sheeee just needs a bit of TLC but is all good now shes potted up.

All 3 are a more indica/GDP dom. I am smoking on some casey dom at the moment grown by a friend and its got a great flavor, im pretty gutted he didnt manage to take a cut, but we will see what these three come out with.

In this tent I am simply hanging 600 HPS vert with no hood and that seems to be doing a good job. What will be interesting is comparing this to the 600 under a white parabolic hood - which is what O is under. Y is hanging under some cfls with the babies until I can grab a new ballast for the 400 MH.

HD photos next week.

Thanks for checkin in trichomeconsumeR

Rainbow Jones is GDP with the Reversed Casey Jones.

Put Y into flower yesterday as one of my CFLs was not on when I unzipped, oh well...I will have the MH back in a few days and i will be one happy stoner.

Went round to a welshmans garden the otherday and he had bags of 2 year old compost and some sifted out earthworm castings. My mouth started watering and we got talking. Needless to say I left with a heavy rucksack! So I've harvested the little wrigglers and put them in my own indoor worm bin with some of the compost to get them going. I have been waiting to get this going for so long!

My water here is 0.1 on the bluestick so I'm pretty sure it's not flouridated but I let it sit 24-48 hours anyway and have stuck an airstone in a bucket of frsh water to start making the tea tomorrow evening. For now it will just be the standard EWC + Mollases (unsulphered).

Looking forward to giving them a nice drink of this later in the week. Loving them.

OK So here we have R and O at 4 weeks, R is the shorter and frostier one that is looking just the part at the moment, I really wish these hasnt stretched so much in veg and Id got to top them more but I can't complain too much and I have clones already vegging out of each again.

They have just had their ewc and mollasses tea so looking forward to seeing the results over the next few days.
