Well, it seems that you are watering too much. Medium should be dry (not desert dry ;) ) before each new watering cycle. pots should never stand in water. too moist medium causes N-lockout as far as I know. which is what your plants are looking like.
btw it is a lockout and not a def because the whole plant is bleaching, you would see the deficiency at the lower leaves while top leaves would remain green.

And if so, what would you recommend me to do? Flush the plants?

Appreciate the help man!

Never let your plants sit in water/runoff. Like mentioned above it leads to problems up to and including root rot. You need run off no doubt but put a plant pot holder/saucer/whateverthefuckyouwantocallit under the pot before watering. that way you can capture the runoff and discard it.
If your leaves are starting to turn a paler shade of green up the nute dose. if using ro water don't feed higher than 1.2 to 1.4 ec. All you need. Seems like they can handle up to 1.6 to 1.8(with some strains) in veg, but not in bloom.
Plain ph'd water for a few days after a nute overdose is ok. But when the leaves get pale and the plant looks like it needs food again fed that bitch yo!!! Just not as strong as you were.

Better off letting the coco dry up a little, once in a while, than keeping it constantly soaked
And it pretty much is, when you let the water sit in the saucer, and then watering more when it is sucked up eventually. Don´t worry about people saying you need to water constantly in coco.

When plants are small, constantly soaked is no good.
And they are still small.

The way you go about it, is suitable in three to four weeks. You will know, cause they will drink the pot dry/light every day or so.
