Well things are not going well here, I've given a ultimatum to the "investor" to follow through on his promises or I walk, simple as that, he has 24 hours to respond in writing.

Thankfully I've already have another opportunity being presented to me from another, (and I might add), much smarter and easier person to deal with. So I am thankful for that.

My MIL is still in the hospital in San Francisco, and somewhat deteriorating, this has been especially hard on my G/F and we are both having trouble getting decent sleep.

I am having trouble finding out how to get on California State Disability so I can at least get some disability money flowing in. I literally was on the phone for 4 hours today only to be told I was calling the wrong department (sigh)....

Our property taxes are due so I am scrambling to make money (Made some of the finest wax today that I have ever made from the OG Kush trim it is AMAZING) I had totally forgotten about our taxes and now I have to magically shit $1,600.00 dollars.....got my hustle on and was shooting "TANE" and purging all day.... tomorrow will be more of the same then I got to market it and get it sold...time to get my slinging hustle on.

But at least today was a nice sunny day after a huge windstorm last night.

On a lighter note, I just read that someone stole 5 tons of Nutella in Berlin.....that is a LOT of Nutella!

I know the headlines alone caught my eye LOL 5 tons HOLY SHIT!

Yeah this wax is like the BEST I have ever made! I heated (but not over 119 degrees) I made some more this morning but have to get some sleep, my MIL called us at 11:47 pm last night and we had to drive up to SF in the middles of the night (side note: SF is a really weird place after midnight)....I got home at 4:30 am slept a bit then got up to work on the room with grow bro...started the sulphur burner, blew another tube of 90 grams of that sick OG Kush trim with some "tane" heating and purging now, sleeping on the couch between alarms.....isn;t it great being a big bad marijuana grower, where are the ho's and trips to Vegas? (sigh) life sucks sometimes...I mean REALLY sucks...every decision I make turns out bad!

I trust people to much then get taken advantage of...shit..ok I'm too tired to keep my eyes open....sleep is next......

Oil looks awesome mega. Shitty about all the the other shit. The way i look at it is that throughout my life i have had major up and downs, and a couple bottoms. But in the end everything seems to work itself out. If you keep doing your best to"go with the flow", you'll find every cloud has a silver lining. Sometimes it just takes awhile to find it. Keep your head up bro!!

Bro, I have walked from many grows in my young days. By walked I mean left, sometimes my decision some times theirs. But I did not beg, or try to work things out. I just walked. In fact the flip flop I am in now, I designed, I built, and I walked and then somehow got it back a couple years later. I walked from a 16 lighter warehouse. I walked, and am so happy that I did now. Everyone that I walked from wishes that I didn't and has asked directly or tried to find out what I am up to now.

Good thing they dont know about IC....

The greenhouse never sounded solid to me, and im sure most everyone else felt the same. I was afraid of you getting screwed when harvest showed up, it better to cut loose now before you put more work and time into it.

The best work situations I have ever seen or been in are the ones where the boss or investor values the labor. You want the investor that is gonna bring you brew and burrittos while your building a green house. Not the dickhead whos face you wanna smash...Dudes a dummy cuz you woulda made him some good money....

Good luck with your MIL...SF is strange, but some good food. Taqueria El Cancun on mission has some bomb veg burrittos, they won best of the bay several times. I miss the burritos in the bay.

Got a lot more bad news tonight, G.f mother surgery did not go well, things look bad but I'm trying to stay positive for the g/f.

Anyway....made a lot more excellent wax today! I have to say I think this is the best wax I have ever made, my new Vaccum Sealer purger seems to work real well.

I keep the temperature about 115 and purge hold for 15 - 20 min, then cool down..reheat..purge (rinse and repeat)

can you see through the top? Sorry best I could do but I keep doing the purging till I see no more new bubbles.

End product....golden and very nice

50 grams of nice wax.......now I just need a tester...

I wish I had enough extra money to get it tested.....I think it would do well since this is the trim from my OG Kush that tested at 25.7%.

Thank you GM but I have not completely walked away from him, I am already doing "other" business with investor #2. In a past life I was a Business Development Director, I put deals and people together pretty good, I do need help on the execution side sometimes. If the original investor agrees to my terms I'll do one year with him, get paid then I look for a more "independent" situation. At this point I have much more important things to deal with, like supporting my g/f through this very hard time as she watches her mother slip away, tomorrow I help her by simply feeding all the horses at our barn, all 30 of them.

LOL yeah slinging 5 tons of Nutella would be a bitch, thanks for helping me laugh today, someone left me a really nasty note on my "MyIC" page and I overreacted and sent him a nasty note back...I HATE it when I stoop to the level of these "internet Rambo's" and lower myself and try and fight back with words...I know better I should have just let it go.....I'm really tired and need one night of good sleep....take care GM and all.

Mother in law changed her medical directive to DNR (Do Not Rescucitate)....this has been one of the most difficult times I have ever had to go through. My GF is amazing, I don;t know how she does everything, I have been holding down the house, feeding horses, cleaning stalls, and a host of small repair work a full time equestrian barn needs to happen to help out. I have not had much time to post.

GOOD NEWS - Well the investor has been trying to push me out of the project for the last 6 weeks. Basicly EVERYONE who works for him turned on him and supported me, and said "if Mega not involved you loose your spot (this is from the land owner) to put up you GH's and a LOT of money) LOL this guy has such bad karma it totally turned on him. Long story short......we are starting Monday, GH's will be delivered, soil is ordered and coming, the tractor is being prepped and we are getting going..albeit 2 months late...but I needed this to go.....I have done nothing for 6 weeks and it was really killing me.

I will not be posting much anymore here, as this is going to be a very full time job. But finally some good news is starting to happen.

I have a mixture of excitement and total sadness as my MIL has choosen hospice and we expect her NOT to live through this coming weekend, take care my friends

Great news on the plans mega!

Quick question about that vac purge. Do you put the material in direct contact w the plastic container? Or do you set the wad of material on a piece of parchment (silicone, something) to keep it from contact w the plastic?

I'm imagining a nasty sticky mess if that material comes into contact w the plastic..?

That is a GLASS square container with a PLASTIC lid only, I just scrape it out of the pyrex 8 x 11 tray I shoot it in, I warm bath evac it once,then when warm scrape it into the glass square container, put onlid, and start heating and purging. I got to say it works like a charm!!

Thanks brah.....it's a great location and we are going to have plenty of room good soil, now we just have to apply a LOT of hard work and these old bones have to get in shape one more time.

Happy 420 all, today is a sad day for me as I lost my mother in law, but she was a force to be reckoned with and an incredible person....Olympic Athlete , incredible financial trader, strong willed but incredibly wise person, thank you my friends for helping me through this difficult journey, smoke one for my MIL and PLEASE ....hug the ones you love again life is very short, much shorter than I ever thought!
