Will this work - Indoor 8 Flood and drain tables?

I am planning Indoor 8 flood and drain tables (8 by 4) with 1 reservoir per 2 tables, 2 by 1000 watt lights per table. I plan 100 plants per table and harvest at 8 weeks expecting about 2 pounds per table. Is that a reasonable expectation from this setup?
My veg room will generate the 100 plants with 4 mother plants for each table. I will have 32 mother plants cycling. I expect to take the 100 clones at 2 weeks old, (start with a 4 node clone) and put them to the flowering tables. Is this a reasonable expectation for generating the clones?
Please comment?
Thanks

Depends on how much research and experience you have at this...

Same advice I give everyone... read, read, read. Then start with a 400w lamp and run a few plants once or twice. Use the 400w for mums and clones when you figure you've got it and go to upgrade.

Look in to Bonsai Mums... save you a lot of space/nutes/$$$ and allow more with less. Plenty of cuttings.

1lb per light is about .5grams per watt, sounds about right for your first couple of runs or very sativa dominant strains.

ya, in theory it is a reasonable expectation... as long as temp, humidity, ph, and feedings are somewhat dialed you could potentially even do much better... but dont spend the dough yet.. there is a saying about a bird in hand being worth two in the bush..

Craigslist is full of 'new' equipment being sold as used... usually because the growers found out they either weren't growers, didn't have enough info/experience to handle the size setup or the misc category of "poor planning".

Don't buy new if you can craigslist safely :)

READ ALOT and make sure you spend a lot of time with your plants. just cause your res can keep things going for a week doesn't mean things wont go wrong. your looking at 16kw. thats what i just did. except i used soiless in pots on the floor cause they are more forgiving. YOU WILL RUN INTO PROBLEMS!!!! guaranteed but if you pay attention and research every little thing you should be ok. to keep it simple run all the same strain. also, i kept 10 really bushy bitches for moms but they aren't really needed. when my plants are flowering, i cut clones off the bottom branches. some might argue but the 3rd week is the best. you get semi-flowers that when you reveg them they have so many branches you get huge plants. anyways, it can be done, even as a first time just keep your eyes open. heres a little tip that will save you some agony one day. make sure you are there when lights go on, to make sure they all turn on, and at lights out to make sure they all turn off. even 40 amp timers crap out giving you a lot of fucken headaches.
read,read,read
plan,plan,plan
watch,watch,watch
and do,do,do
and dont tell no-one

Yeah... can't stress that enough.

Stick with ONE strain, table and light... until you're getting great yields that are consistently the same.

Once you've done that, you've won half the battle. After that it's just a matter of applying what you've learned to the differences in each new strain you acquire.

Even then, one strain per table is still best. All clones from the same mums... all eating and finishing at the same time, the same way. Makes a huge difference in quality.

Seems you have read alot.
Your set up sounds solid. Having your moms cycled like you mentioned is the only way you'll pull off the grow the way you want. As far as your yield per table...vegging those clones for 7-12 days will ensure you get your desired weight.
Good luck.

Mystysugar,

Your are doing exactly what I am considering now, except I plan to run 18-21 plants in each table. It also hope to get 1-2 lbs per table... eventually!

I'd like to follow you if you post on this grow...

Best,

Maripan
