How does 64 violate international trade agreements when the export or import of cannabis under 64 would still be illegal? The law only covers the local production, sale, and use of cannabis, and does not allow for any kind of transport or commerce with other countries, or even other states of the union.

Cannabis would be legal if people in power didn't spread lies. I took DARE and they didn't say anything bad about drugs or mj. There are only a handful of countries on the planet that refuse American money for anti Cannabis education and eradication. I am saddened by this as much as anybody. However I think we are close to a tipping point with Cannabis laws. South America and Europe are rejecting the hard on drugs route already. State by state, and country by country we will win this war, each person must stand their ground, educate and work together. We will prevail, we all know the true greatness of Cannabis cannot be ignored eternally! Politically you are correct, a third party option would have been a good idea last election(Libertarian party).I am Canadian, but I know with 2 main parties policies never truly change. They champion change then keep things the same. I think the biggest thing we could all do is get out and vote(for a new party and new ideas!)! But ,sadly I believe we will win the war or cannabis far before our leaders stop fucking us. Until then lets just enjoy this plant to the fullest anyway! Peace - Dr Freedom
