Can you beat 16 years uptime?

why can't they make all computers and computer operating systems like the one that hasn't needed a reboot? I am a techie dumbass, so I don't understand any of it.

its not a dumb ass question at all. in fact its a damn good one. if you ask 99.9999% of tech people, they will tell you it is impossible or extremely difficult. with current technology they would be correct. but there are new developments on the horizon. this is the problem i am working on.

for the person who called netware insecure: what? maybe there are security holes in it (in fact im sure there are) but on the whole you would expect an old dos based OS to be far more secure considering it dates from long before internet security became so bad. only old dudes or really smart guys are knowledgeable enough to hack into an old system on netware.

It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that I'm so computer illiterate that I read it twice and still didn't understand it.
Happy Easter to you and yours. Sorry if i came off dickishly.

Lol I feel you man, I read that shit, clicked and read the link, then re-read it again, and then started to read comments and finally got it :)
