How long has this problem been going on? Since the day after Adonis/aphids
What STRAIN are you growing? many across the spectrum from sativa to indica
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) clone
What is the age of your plants? multiple
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? switched to new dirt when routinely transplanting about a month ago. No improvement.
Hydro also has same symptoms in DWC.
How Tall are the plants? Everybody of all ages
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Both veg and flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) supercropping, staking
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 1 gal to 10 gal
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Roots, about 30% perlite
What brand Nutrient's are you using? switched to harvest moon organics, no change
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* from 500-850 ppm depending on stage
How often are you feeding? every other water, maybe every 4 or 5 days
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? 500-850
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? 6.4
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? weekly
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? strips
How often are you watering? every 2 days, when they're light
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? every other water. i usually do an enzyme and a sugar with water, then feed the next time, and alternate
What size bulb are you using? 1000w hps, 400 mh in veg
How old is your bulbs? brand new
What is the distance to the canopy? about a foot and a half or 2 ft
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) about 50%
What is the canopy temperature? 78
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) about 75-80, never very cool.
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) No idea -- all the usual cage and inline fans intake and exhaust and a couple standing fans.
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? Always running and good this time of year.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? some of them.
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No.
Is your water HARD or SOFT? hard
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Tap.
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen) Does not register at 140 ppm mark
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? Some have, some haven't
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? Yes, this affected several new, healthy-looking plants that came in instantly that had aphids.

I've tried compost tea, microbes, flushing, changed out dirt and food, environment is the same for the sick and the healthy...and I can't get back to normal, making me think it was the systemic pesticide. Ph gets weird now and then but runoff has been perfect until recently -- I feel like the whole system is going unstable now. Can I get these girls back or write them off?

Are plant's infected with pest's? Nope.

I just had the same thing happen to a few of my plants. I have like 60-70 strains rocking in veg and they all don't like the same food, and they hate aphids. I used sm-90, and h2o2, in ph'd tap water, and after about a week they look like nice healthy girls.

Root aphids? If so they may have caused iron chlorosis. Also, large additions of organic matter, or inefficient root function caused by root pests like RAs and nematodes or fungal pathogens will cause iron defs. Root aphids and esp. fungus gnats inhibit root function and can spread fungal infections that cause iron defs. Also, iron is not as available at 6.4 as 5.8-6.0.

Agree with medicalmj. Pull out the worst one and take a look at the roots, if you got glass noodle/brown roots you better find a 10xmagnifying glass and look for punktuationmarks moving. Have you dismissed small black flyers as a part of the "habitat"? If yes = root mofo aphids
