Yes, I have been dropping temps from day 50 and it is darkening up nicely. Not as much as I would like on some lower nodes. The fan leaves are almost black and no matter how much I flush they will not yellow they just turn reddish purple and black.
Also my first run with it I got those popcorn buds at the top and though pretty they lacked size and therefore weight.
This run I raised the lights to 24" to 30" and have 6" tops that rival my sfv.(yes I have pics just for the guy saying"bullshit.")
It's chop time here so I will post 'em up soon. 63 days

yea wendul im definately seeing that you get bigger colas raising the lights up. and giving her a bit of space to open out so the light hits inside.

please post some pics...because i HATE seeing my tiny tops sometimes its just ridiculous. ive had some success getting rid of those tiny tops by training the branch sideways into the canopy.

I train them out pretty flat too bro. Double trellis. 9 per 1kw and a 21 day veg.
I just found one I bent hard and the others over took it, but it was a dominant top.
It is just as big as the others it just lacks that deep purple the tops getting full light have.
I can say one thing, This is some pretty shit!

I've got some absolutely f*cking ridiculous cooks that are WAAAAAAAAAY over vegged - like 2.5'-3' tall monsters!! Gonna give them all haircuts and bend (I'm noticing she takes "supercropping" like a champ!) her down to around 10-12" before flip. :)

heres a funny pic of GSC next to a massive yielder to show how damn small these colas are. the lights are definately a bit too close @ 12-16 inches away, but the other strains like OG like the lights closer. the lower down the branch the bigger the colas get with GSC. the other strain is aliendawg x straw D from ghostnugz. grown in same exact tray same methods..

^those plants were in open hoods, but i had almost same results on the other tray that was lensed and A/C...small bong bowl sized top colas but when you get mid-plant the colas are at nice twomp-sack sized nugs.

Ya I needed at least 16-18" or some shade last run to get good tops. This run trying to keep things around 18-24" away. Do have one screen that plants were too big so they got HEAVILY scrogged. see how that does with this cut, last run i tied down a few and didn't get much stretch after doin that.

I am about to flower some Girl Scouts I was thinking on running 4 per 1000 watts instead of the 16 per light I read about here, does anyone know if I will yeild higher if I run the 4 per light or is it just a waste of space ?

The amount of plants per tray is less important than other strains. From what I have seen, a super trained canopy, and even light penetration play much bigger roles.
As one more example of how light sensitive she is. I ran a couple of the FC in one of my donuts as testers. I wasn't prepared for the stretch, and I couldn't add a second light, so the tops shot up past the light by 12+ inches. In that case the tops were bigger than the lower sites that got direct light. Since she doesn't stack like most of my strains, I think she would do awesome trained into a vert screen where all bud sites receive the same light.
