right on man, just wondering. I'll be here watching Cann rock it out for the time being!
You'll probably be transplanting those BO/NLH soon if they were anything like mine. Sativa dominant monsters with fast vigorous growth.
Word. I'm planning on transplanting today or tomorrow, whenever I find the time in between school and my outdoor veggie gardens. watering veggie plots in the desert is time consuming like no other...
Thanks for the love everyone! Glad to be here, and glad to be rockin ROLS til the day I turn to dust! How creeped out would my sister be if I told her that when I die I want her to cremate me and incorporate my ashes into a no-till raised bed? Cause thats the direction I'm leaning with it...lol.
More updates later - I got some errands to run.
For those of you with smartpots - how often do you water? I have a 30 gallon, a few 10 gallon, and a few 5 gallons. This is my first run using anything over 5 gallons, so I'm not sure how much/how often to hit the larger pots. I usually water every 2 or 3 days with 5 gallon pots, for what its worth.
Is there danger of overwatering here?
How do you plant a clone in a "used" pot? At some point the pot must be filled up by the mulch you add, how do you handle that? I don't really get the concept for no-till pots. Please elaborate sir!
I guess you are relying heavily on ACT and FPE then? I mean, there is no way of adding new compost and other nutrients if you don't empty the pot and re-amend the soil.

I kid, keep the good vibes coming.
Just got back from selling my old pH and ppm meters was cleaning up the grow room and found them...figured I could use the cash.
Homeboy off craigslist was super excited to get them, and started showing me pictures of his setup...all the $$ he had spent on tables, nutes, yadda yadda. Felt bad but I just kept smiling while I was cringing inside lol.
Asked him about electricity (hes planning on running 9K watts...) and he said he did the calculations and he would be paying around $50 a month...I straight laughed and told him that he did his math wrong. I run around 4000 watts and pay between 700 and a grand a month....LMAO. he's in for an unpleasant surprise. also he is starting an operation at the worst time of year in so-cal haha...get ready to crank up the A/C and pay even more for electric...
disaster waiting to happen...but I got $120 out of the situation so no complaints here. Glad to be here on IC in the company of folks who actually know what they are talking about!
sometimes I forget that nobody really grows like this...lol. I know for a fact I am the only person who buys glacial rock dust from the local hydro store...or at least for the last 6 months I have been the only one. I wonder how many bottles of wet betty they have sold in the last 6 months...LOL
