Ready-Gro, yah or nah?

I think I'm gonna flip to 12/12 any day now. My canopy is about halfway filled and I want to have room for the stretch which I think is gonna be substantial on this Ody and HK.

I need to get a timer that goes down to seconds for my pumps it looks like. I thought a minute one would be fine, but I guess not cuz 30 seconds is plenty of water for em.

Been running the bio-nova coco veg nutes since they were so cheap like $14 bucks total for the a and b. Guy at the hydro store said it's the same company as Canna just without the higher price and weed name. I could see that since they do duplicate alot of cannas stuff like pk13/14 etc. Anyhow I've had no problems with it at all run to waste .6-.8 EC 5.8Ph.

Just gonna add some more info to our lil unofficial readygro thread.

As far as the watering schedule goes
I found this description of readygro on plantitearth website.

"Botanicare ReadyGro is a specialized blend of perlite, coir fiber, compost accelerator, earthworm castings, Agrimineral 72 silica clay, polymere hydro-crystals and Rootshield bio-fungicide. ReadyGro Aeration formula is specifically designed for 4-6 waterings daily"

I went up to 3x a day watering for 25 seconds around the 8th or 9th day of veg.
They seemed to really like it.

I'm thinking of upping to 4 since it says it's designed for 4-6.

I started 12/12 and am using the Advanced Monkey Juice nutes. I'm at 1.0EC 5.8 PH

My ody's look nice, but the HK's seem a lil underfed on some of em still busting out though. I think I may have underestimated the growth rate and flipped to 12/12 too late. I may have to use some BM if it gets too crazy.

I'm glad I found this thread as I LOVE Ready Gro Moisture Formula and think it's the best coco/perlite mix on the market. I've ran BioBizz mixed with Perlite and BioJuie BioCoco with Perlie and Roots Organics Coco Fiber Hydroponic Soiless Media. From what I can tell it's like the Areation Formula from the pics I seen on the first or 2nd page of this thread . So in conclusion it's the nicest quality has really long fibers is really spongy. I haven't read through all the pages yet but want to get this thread alive again. So ALL READY GRO USERS SPEAK UP!!!!

There's been a lot of new users here since this thread was started me included and I'm sure there has been tons of folks that have used it and still use it I know my buddy here TheRealDeal uses it and is who I copied it from. So yea why do you use it over the other coco mixes and there are a lot these days what differences in yield taste ect have you noticed... Anybody know much about the new bags not having the mycorrhizae and trichoderma listed? Is it still in the mix?

Wow, this thread died hard......anybody still use this stuff...the ReadyGro stuff?? Just heard about it now...as I was considering going to coco. Too many issues/learning curve to deal with right now and been running GH AeroFlo2's w/hydroton in nets....wanna now go either back to flood/drain w/hydroton or even on the floor with coco in pots/bags. The top feeding would be new for me if I go to the floor....and I imagine drain to waste?? Idk.....just pondering......
How is this stuff, if anyone's running with it?
And hey urkel: You still running how you were talking about with the wet kind? You have a journel somehwere?

Thanks!!
