is alaskan ice from greenhouse a good strain

i have maybe 50 alaskan ice seeds from green house i had vegg afew before and got scaired that it was going to be tall so i ended up not budding it.anyways i was wondering if it would be a good harvest and is plant stable meaning would some be deformed like i heard is it true will it yield good in hydro set up or soil.i also have 7 trainwreck seeds is that stable and how much yield can i expect 10 gallon soil or 5 gallon hydro
i want to yield at least 5 onces per plant my set up is 8000w lights and co2


anyone know or has grown these strains

sell them seeds pal.....I would rather grow ruderalis than AI. look in the GH forums for all you need to know.

i guess i wont be listening to people any more,this is an old post and it stop me from growning her till one day i popped 2 beans and look what i have now at over 7 feet and six foot wide grown in 5 gallon buckets fill with rockwool.i have a sativa thats rocking

I would say, grow that AI. This is my fav strain, I love this plant, I had mine in a 5 gallon hempy and yielded 2.5 oz per plant under a 400w cmh bulb. Btw I only let mine get to about 3-3.5 feet tall, I'm limited to that hieght. IMO, get started with those today, and go hydro of some sort, goodluck.

yeah i know what you mean about 3 feet i let mine go 4 foot before flip and ended up with a big ass monster next time 2 feet then flip
this plant is awsome i have over a oz on each branch right now still have about 6 weeks to go hopefuly
