Love all my jobs...

Tending my garden...
Annoying my loved ones...
Playing my music...(see above)
Crusading the interwebz and tilting at windmills...
Napping with my dog...

Plus a few other things that aren't quite as productive as the above.
That creating world peace thing is kinda spotty, but I'm still working on it.

It's not career changes, it's jobs....and I think the average is 7. Another wards, the average adult has 7 different jobs in their lifetime.

dagnabit ... you put plants before your wife?

The plants provide the appropriate tools to be the husband the wife deserves.
Without the flowers I am an intolerant ass with them I am less so.
So in answer no all things in life are dedicated to wifes happiness in one way or another.

I used to have one of those "toughest job you'll ever love" careers. I did love it, even though it almost killed me. Like many others I got chewed up and spit out. I lasted a little longer than average.

Now I have a very modest self-employment gig. I like it that I can do the work anywhere and make enough money for bare bones basics while working in my jammies, hanging out with my dog. The work itself is extremely interesting and lucrative on occasion, but mostly just tedious and low paying.

Looking into starting an ebay store, I think I'll enjoy that if I get it going.

I've been working at something; somewhere, since 1968.

Retired 2010. This is better than working; but, I do miss the exercise.

Being lazy be nature, I have always worked as a means to an end (money to eat). I don't exactly hate my job and I don't love it either. It's just something that needs doing, so I pull up my britches and do it. Folks that are truly passionate about their work are lucky. I just happen to be really good at something that doesn't inspire me very much.

I keep a sharp eye out for my dream job . . . independently wealthy . . . so far no openings, dang it.
