US rapper pulled off stage over inauguration anti-Obama rant

The bottom line here is that his 1st amendment rights were not violated. The 1st amendment only protects you from prosecution by the GOVERNMENT for political speech.

The government did not remove him from the stage. Event staff asked him to move on after he started his screed. He didn't and he was removed. He was paid to perform, that's it.

It's not like he was at the White House and the Secret Service hauled him off. He was at a music hall and the event staff removed him as was their right

He can say what he wants about the government, it's his right. But, he's only protected from prosecution by the government. That protection does not extend to music halls. If the management wants him to go, he has no 1st amendment protection. He may have legal recourse against the venue, but that's another matter.

There are a number of countries where this man would never be seen again. If it was Russia, he'd find himself in a Gulag in Siberia. If he was in Iran, he'd vanish.

In this case he got booted off stage, and that will be the end of it. Hell, he got a lot of free press. His supporters will continue to support him, and that will be that.

It really is that simple

I am all ears today, fill me in.

my point was if you read what i said to be offensive to africans then i probably cant help you see how it wasnt but i'll try since its simple..

ok the emperor is allegory for the infrastructure that is acting through the us government/politics and war machine.. that thing will do anything to hide itself from people's scrutiny so it uses the twee idealistic imaginary world of "democracy" to trick the masses into thinking that it will possibly act in their best interest at some point, and by voting they buy into it..

the emperor has no clothes because no matter what they try and hide behind they are still just there blatantly pulling the strings as ever and i was saying even if they take what appears to be a black man and africanise his name it is still the same people telling him what to do..

he came up in the sess pit that is chicago with george soros guiding him,, he's a lawyer for gods sake,, the man is devils spawn.. but they are using his perceived ethnicity to sell democracy and some form of false hope to black americans..

which i think is ironic when you consider what the people that own america have done to people whose anticidents were from africa..

and when the history books look back and see a "black" man running america the brainwashed kiddies will probably think the power was far more equally distributed racially and the reality is the opposite where a handful of blue blooded families that came from europe before america hold 90% of the worlds wealth..

i'm sure they want to have a woman president soon as well to screw reality even more.. warrior killer women..

i do apologise, but i dont take kindly to being hit with the racist stick,, even if its just a glancing blow..

it wasn't personal because i don't know you,, you really shouldn't take things personally on the internet, its just not worth the stress..

again my apologies, and the same to mustard man who is a great guy with a good heart..

the bickering does miss the bigger point and compound the divide and conquer tactic used against us..

It doesn't matter the forum, calling names is a personal attack that is not constructive. You attacked my "person" with insults in place of explaining yourself.

i did not attack your "person".. so you can drop the persecution complex..

you mistaking what i said for a racist comment and picking me up on it is far more offensive to me.. you can insinuate i'm anything but a racist no way..

"Congress was able to overturn an executive order by passing legislation in conflict with it during the period of 1939 to 1983 until the Supreme Court ruled in Immigration and Naturalization Service v. Chadha that the "legislative veto" represented "the exercise of legislative power" without "bicameral passage followed by presentment to the President."[10] The loss of the legislative veto has caused Congress to look for alternative measures to override executive orders such as refusing to approve funding necessary to carry out certain policy measures contained with the order or to legitimize policy mechanisms. In the former, the president retains the power to veto such a decision; however, the Congress may override a veto with a two-thirds majority to end an executive order. It has been argued that a Congressional override of an executive order is a nearly impossible event due to the supermajority vote required and the fact that such a vote leaves individual lawmakers very vulnerable to political criticism.[11]"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_order#cite_note-11

... actually fuck that guy , who is named lupe ?
TS

Lupe is actually a woman's name, very popular in Mexico, the diminutive being Lupita.

in almost all telenovelas, there's a maid called Lupe.

is this "rapper" trying to tell us something about his sexual identity? that is the question my friends.

They knew exactly what they were doing when they invited him to sing. He is a politcal tool, as many of you apparently are too.

He was paid to entertain, broke his contract, and was asked to leave.

Twisting it into your personal agendas is helping nobody.

LOL,

Pure genius.

Like hiring Groucho Marx to entertain at the Nuremberg Rallies.

These are the morons that are running the country.
