Do you have a grasshopper mind?

I remember many moons ago seeing these ads in the 'Readers Digest':
'Do you have a Grasshopper mind'? and a picture of a bloke clutching his head in anguish.

But I do. And I hate it. I can never decide on an idea, I jump from one thing, one idea to another. This can be monthly, weekly, even hourly. I have a business plan one day then it completely changes the next. I have a grasshopper mind.:frown: Is it the pot? No I dont think so,cos ive always been like that...

My brain is always firing off one idea after another. It never rests. Often second guessing myself. Pisses coworkers off when I come up with a better solution after we've already started on another. Had a computerized EEG brain scan, QEEG. My frontal lobes are stuck on high. Diagnosed as obsessive compulsive disorder.

Yes, but I interpret it as being flexible and creative!:D

Let your mind fly, there's lots of ways of 'being', no need for everyone to be earthbound.:ying::blowbubbles:

take notes, the greatest minds always do.
or go one better and carry a nice digital recorder, I know they can also plug & play later on your comp or laptop later via usb. $50-100 buys Sony, Philips, Olympus quality products.

the bonus plan on having a digital recorder with lots of gigs is recording any traffic stops by leo. 2 gigs is 800+ hours recording time & putting a 32GB microSD card into it will give you so much more. an Olympus I was looking at had a time date feature so you can scroll looking for a buried recording by date.

but check your local recording/wiretapping laws before you get yourself jammed; privacy, public domain etc.

Oh yeah I do this anyway. That isnt the problem. Im always taking notes on my mobile, problem is i have notes on many different ideas which change daily etc. I cant focus. I cant work out the best idea from a load of them. frustrating. Im great at creating ideas though:laughing:

Wiretapping laws have been struck down in federal court when used against the recording of an in-person recording of a public official, and in other public places where there is no expectation of privacy.

Don't be intimidated into giving up your rights!
