I know I know.... fuckin stoner..... so I turned it upside down and poured it all back out as much as would come out, then poured it in the right spot. My question... Can I run it? or is there some procedure I gotta do to make sure no oil at all in air exhaust?

LMAO ..
yes you can run it. Keep it running for a bit it should blow out most so you can wipe it off. It might smoke a bit..

If you leave the intake port open and turn the pump on, it should clear itself, after expressing its displeasure. Once it stops jumping around and smooths out, it should run as normal.

If you are above the line, I would drain out some of the oil, as it will blow out anyway.
