This is from TD Ameritrade. They are pumping their company, so take it for what it's worth:

"TAMPA, Fla., Mar 01, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- As more and more North American markets approve the legalization of cannabis for medicinal and therapeutic purposes, Neutra Corp. (NTRR) is exploring the potential for new natural remedies derived from the misunderstood plant.
The benefits of cannabis in the treatment of maladies from glaucoma to nausea have long been understood, But with many new markets now opening up, cannabinoids--the key chemical compounds found in marijuana plants--are now being tested in topical ointments, pills and other treatments to cure everything from skin ailments to digestive issues.
"In many ways, cannabis may prove to be the ultimate nutraceutical," said NTRR CEO Cindy Morrissey. "Our company is tremendously excited to explore cannabinoids' natural potential to ease suffering, especially because the market for such remedies is booming from California to Massachusetts."
Neutra Corp. plans to follow in the footsteps of other successful public companies, including Cannibis Science, Inc. (CBIS) and Terra Tech Corp. (TRTC), enabling agricultural advancements in the urban cultivation of cannabis in approved markets.
"We're ready to put the healing potential of cannabis into the hands of those who need it most," Morrissey said.
The company is also pursuing innovations in anti-microbial coatings for surfaces in hospitals and other public spaces. Neutra Corp. is dedicated to commercializing innovative, all-natural products to compete in the fast-growing wellness sector alongside Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) and Nutraceutical International Corp. (NUTR)."

What bugs me is they are still using the "M" word, instead of calling it by it's proper name: Cannabis.
Part of enlightening people about the plant is calling it by it's real name, not it's "slave" name, IMO....
