Moby Dick Auto Report

I recently grew out 2 of these plants. I've grown the standard Moby Dick both outdoors & in, with good results. I regularly smoke the Moby, occasionally by itself, other times mixed up with some killer C99.

The medium was soil (3 gallon, but 2 gallon woulda been fine), the light a HPS 400wt.

I got a bit over 1 ounce with one, and a good 2 ounce off the other.

The results were nearly identical to the standard version: taste was fruity, great bag appeal, very frosty, smokes smooth. The effect is strong; I give it a good 8 to 8.5; great for a 63 to 70 day Auto!

Somehow these got mixed up, go figure! Anyway here's some pics of the Moby at 30 days & with 2 weeks to go:

As you can see, we take security very seriously here; I've also enclosed a pic of the highly trained lead member of our secretive security team.

Or as the cat terms calls him, "That filthy Opossum!"

This was the original Dinafem version . . . . . I used the Fox Farm trio, with some molasses at the end.

I notice on some menus in Amsterdam they point out each strain is either a Happy Strain or a Stoney strain, so with that in mind I have to say that this ganja is a HAPPY Strain, as I lots to laugh at when medicating with this. :)

Hello Lucky 7,
I am going to grow outdoor Moby Dick auto Dinafem!
Could you give me some advice to get the best from this genetic?

I have an AF Moby in my seed container...going to start it mid-June as I have others finishing (seed breeding) or planted super autos just coming up. GLAD to hear of your success!!! Whoo-hoo!

Anything w/ Haze/W Widow in the genes....it's gonna be great...happy laughs!!

Prefer 3-5 gal. buckets...adding a bit extra perlite to make soil airy.

Grew a Moby Dick non auto from Dinafem. Excellent plant to grow. Vibrant and good yielder. Had to make sure to trim dying fan leaves as they could lead to mold issues. Curiously enough I was not a massive fan of the hazy stoned results of smoking it though. Bit of a 'dazey' high for my liking. I prefer something with a clearer head high.
