Website developer kinda needed

I hope it's ok to post this here. I'm interested in someone desiging 4-5 pages, high resolution for a personal cannabis website. Mostly interested in the graphics end of it moreso from the programmer standpoint as I have programmers who do work for me in PHP now ( desired ) although I would listen to a proposal.

It's not a big deal website and is more of a labor of love in showing relevant reviews of all things pertinent all things related, images, informational links etc which are mostly designed from the medical standpart although all work and no play means we'll also have a fun area too but it's mostly medical, legal, reviews etc.

Anyone do this kind of work interested please send me information on what you do and render an estimate after further communication.

I am a client-side developer, my skills are : HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, DOM and jQuery

My job is to build a website from scratch and bring it to life using animations such as : slide shows, drop down menus and exploding objects .

I also make sure it looks great on all platforms and can take care of anything related to client-side coding from making a timer to a shopping cart.

P.S. I am not a graphic designer.

Thank you, I think that's what I do need ( graphics designer).

My programmers do good work from a programming standpoint with some limitation, but they can't design anything no matter. So I need 4-5 pages and then figure what we're doing with them although I have a small category list started but it's nothing really commercial although that option might be explored down the road.

I used to give away five-page websites just as an inducement to customers.

There are so many web programmers that I don't think You will have a problem getting someone to do it

Google, it I bet you can get It done for $50

There's a lot of offshore designers in Indonesia Philippines you can even get Pakistan designers for next to nothing.........

And they speak good English !
