I was about to say that too, then i saw the left corner of the lips, which looks like the corner of an eye, and the 2 wrinkles under that corner, which I never seen near the lips on any women, and then the eyelashes on the upper right corner don't look drawn or airbrushed to me. Check the focusing on them vs. focusing on the skin. my

Nope, expand the pic and you can clearly see it was drawn on-- My guess is airbrush--
