i grew a cut out twice that was given to me by a friend. i got a pheno that had thin spindly stems and small buds compared to the rest of my plants. the flavor was lacking - a hint of sweet minty fruit but it had a nice high though. i had to cull it because it yielded too low. it did go very purple though that was nice.

hey OJD, this wasn't meant to turn into a flame thread. i have no agenda against you. i do think however that you're not asking appropriate questions to try and resolve the issue. like where were the seeds purchased? approximately when? hit me up in a PM for more info if you're interested.

1. how many seeds should a person have to start to find a decent keeper from your offerings? seems like i'm being a little beaten up for not starting several packs. if they were $30 per pack seeds i might agree. if we need to start 30 seeds to find a quality plant, maybe you should consider offering 30 seeds in a pack.

2. i have grown some hazey plants in the past that truly needed to go longer than i was comfortable with, but there was always potency there, even with plants taken earlier than ideal. i actually like taking long flowering plants a bit earlier for the different high and taste. the reason i pulled bertha at 65 days is i was concerned with mould, and the plant looked done to me. to be straight, i'm talking about 65 days of 12/12 flowering time. not 65 days from germination.

3. we're not talking 3 seeds. we're talking 5 seeds--- 1 didn't germinate, 1 culled male, 1 sickly female culled, 2 females finished. 1 bertha, 1 more sativa'sh gal. i am only reporting on bertha. have not sampled the last gal yet.

i fully understand your feelings of frustration when this happens. please don't think this was the case with me. like i said before, i am not after replacements or free seed offers. i actually feel bad now for even bringing it to light. look at all the positive things i've said about "bertha" while she was growing, my excitement with her. i was ready to be your biggest fan. still might be as i have 5 or 6 seeds remaining from that pack.

i'm sorry if i have offended anyone or didn't handle this in a better way. if these forums aren't meant to share bad news as well as good, then what good are they?

lets see some test grow threads........you can ask for pic's send me some links......I'm not un happy...I straight up didn't like it....they were inconsistant,lots of variation and pretty weak in the smell/flavor dept........chocolate lemonaid was wispy,foxtaily long finishers that also didnt have much smell or flavor....I don't want replacements I wouldn't even run them...but I'm not going to be told to keep quiet...theses were far from the worst seeds I've run....but also just as far from the best.....I simply do not believe they were tested either.....straight up......prove me wrong you will get my apoligy....

i stand by my products and will look to make the situation beter however i can

but when i say keep me updated through the grow and if your not happy at the end il give you replacements and it goes quiet for months with no updates or pics then i assume its all good
but then you pop up wen someone else not happy

right I aint bitchin......don't want replacements and bro I have at least 1,000 pictures of plants I've grown in my resume......all the fuck over IC so I'm sure at some point I posted them but It's not important enough for me to dig them up or to dig up the test grows that you say are there..........You came at me in the other thread when I shared my expierence basicly calling me a liar.......so I slapped that pic on ya.........but low and behold heres another person who says they didnt like it either so I share my expierence again and you come at me thinking I want replacements that I DO NOT WANT EVEN FOR FREE......It's a free forum I can bitch if I so choose.....Know what I also hated happy brother from Karma......posted that as well but that dude was cool as hell about it........saying he preciates the honesty.......I wanted to like these man I droped the cash for 3 packs of your beans took the time and space to run them all got nothing to show for it.......weather or not that bruises your ego is not my main concern but rather making sure I got my opnion out there........I've done that now.......provided some drama for those that like that sorta thing as well.....but I'm really over this now......! ran your gear the better part of a year ago........never posted my opnion before because I guess I knew this would happen....But it's out there now........

I start all my beans in cups......transplant after a week or two and resuse the cups.........check this one out.......It's my cup's they are cursed

I ran a whole pack and found nothing any good....decent enough I guess...but Lou....at the price thats being asked for untested seeds I think it a rather fair expectation to find a keeper in one pack.......

I agree 100 percent but expectations aren't reality...finding a true keeper from most breeders seems to take 3 plus packs. I would/will be pissed too like treeking popping 30 plus and not finding smell...
I will post up my run of SR now that shit is flying i just think if you NEED a true keeper from one pack you need to do your research, and for a one pack purchase thats is WIFI.

So were all the SR seeds all from the same breeding project? There was only a SR1, not a SR2, right? Seems as though the first batch of SRs were enjoyed by their growers and since then not so much. Maybe it is difficult to find a keeper in a pack but I have spoken to some growers who grew these when they were first released and all said they were outstanding. No hating here, just trying to get the facts straight. I have a pack but dont have the space or time for mediocrity.
