Dont make poisonous badly purged extracts to "feed your family"

Can you explain exactly how it is poisonous?? After the initial purge, there is not enough butane left to make a dab poisonous--

and already there is enough info, from a scientific POV, to know that butane is far from being this rampant killer you are implying--

25-35 grams from a lb of frosty trim and small popcorn buds....but it seems like every time I talk to my buddy who makes lots of runs, he says he gets 55-60 grams from similar runs......IDK how he does it...frankly I think its bullshit.....but he insists he does it....he does not vacuum purge......and I do......but to each his own.......I guess he is just better than me.....lol

Those are numbers to strive for!!

~450 grams in a pound. You should be striving for 45 grams of errl per pound of trim and more if it is nugs. Average for me is 25-60 per pound depending on the trim so 5% is not too uncommon with the shitty stuff.

Shit, I pull 25 grams of hash off 160 grams of trim, you are either using not great starting materials or not doing an efficient extraction if your only getting 25-30 grams from a pound, no offense.

I have pulled over 100g from lb many times. Well grown kush or Blue dream will give you close 25% if you are running nugs.

My tube holds ~170-180 grams so I would consider it on the larger side and I haven't seen a yield difference from that tube and my 22 gram tube. But I am sure there is a point where the size would begin to affect yield.

I run so much that I need two or three larger tubes so I can run back to back to back while someone else reloads.

if thats the case then look into a closed system that recovers the butane. running that much, youll see return on your investment very quickly....

Spcealized formulas has leased Gre Wolfs design of his Mark III. Unfornately I contacted Carla about obtaining the entire system (including recovery pump and butane storage vessel) and it looks like it will be a couple months. The price she quoted me was around $2500 all said and done.

The price for the complete package sounds about right, but I was unaware Specialized Formulations was selling anything but the Mk IIIA kit itself, as I didn't set up any network for the balance of the parts. As ya'll may have noticed, there was no markup on the un modified Mk IIIA kit parts included, from the same retail price that they are available to everyone.

Last I heard the long pole in the tent was delivery from Glacier Tank's China supplier. Even with Skunk Pharm's heads up, the sudden demand for the Mk III Terpenator caught them off guard and they are still playing catch up.

Not just Specialized Formulations demand, but the demand from a fair number of folks around the world building their own from our on line plans. We are continuing to work with them and they are trying hard to be supportive.

The same thing happened to Paramount Supply, but they caught up faster. I've found alternate sources for both, but alas not at the same sweet brother in law prices. If you offer to throw money at it, Specialized Formulation can most likely pickup the parts from a higher priced vendor, and put together a Mk IIIA in less time.
