Well apart from the new packaging has anybody noticed that they seem to be burning down quicker?

They go out easy enough but I only seem to have half a jay left after only a few tokes, bit embarrassin' if people get the jay after you and it looks as if you have cained the buggery out of it!

Anybody recommend any papers that they think burn slower that Rizla Silvers?

Thanks peeps

The blues have changed to if u look at papers they now have like watermarks on them like saying Rizla or pictures of bikes.. Found they burn faster and makes weird noise when lighting it up. The watermark thing? Have they just used less bleach then? Can't wait till I've broken my baccy paper habbit glass ftw

Hi jim,ive been a hand roller for 20 yrs +-? and using rizla papers up until several yrs ago where i moved to zigzag because there cheaper [especially the 8 booklet multipack]
Of the Rizla papers i use to have were the red packets and before them the green.Remember one colour has the corners cut off and these also are avaliable in large size [spliff,3 skinner size, which is handy :D]
Remember the Silver were really light/fine! And sometimes difficult to roll with as well as being that light their semi-transparant when rolled.

BTW
Something off this topic:
Im sold on this stuff http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iM1XijODnBk
mmm cookies.I can see a cliche coming on :D

I can't stand the ones with the corners cut off.. got the rizla green right now someone purchased them for me. I like the rizla blue and also the silver and blue zig zags. They are both thin and slow burning
Are zig zags cheaper? I seem to blaze through them.. They only have 30 papers vs 50

The new Rizla are shit!!! Wasting weed there is bloody holes in them!

I'm buying up all the old boxes before its too late, the problem I have with the pipe is I smoke twice as much weed twice as fast. A pipe is just too easy to smoke for me, when I was younger I would just hammer the coconut pipe so now it's nothing...

The chillum's back then we used to fill with the same weight of weed as you would build a nice fat Ital with, the pipe would somoke faster and go round quicker.

Bring back the old rizla!!

I can't get my Gold Marfils anymore, so I use elements. Best I can find...

I remember getting this huge stack of Marfils in Europe without any packaging. I was told those were the last ones. I think the company got bought up.

Well I realised why they were burning down so quick and it was due to a change in tobacco. I have remedied the situation and now all seems fine. I shall check my local head shop for Elements as they seem to be quite popular.

Thanks

The blue rizls aren't thicker then the silver, just bleached less AFAIK. Perfectly adequate papers IMO,but they do add something to the taste unlike raws or elements.
