Semi-autoflower (early strains) outdoor

Junkhead

Blinky you are a moron. You sound like the ultimate new jack. Why have I bothered to help you at all? I hope someone else gets something out of what I have posted.

Thank you for this Nunsacred:

"Or is it just that they're not simply agreeing when you answer your own questions?"

Exactly.

PS clones are slow

Yea Nuns and Junk you are right. Clones are slow, Clones do not stretch, We are alone in the universe, etc... Do not spam and fuck away from this thread if you don't have anything constructive. I don't have energy anymore for you.

If someone have something to say about the subject please contribute.

Stay High!

no probs :) thanks for saying thanks :)

God knows I've had it in the ear before for poking trolls.

The pattern is always the same; a noob style question followed by rude rejection of answers, and boasting.
Ask them why they do it, and out it comes.
What's odd is that it's usually then that their spelling improves and they start using formal phrases from the 19th century.
Really is odd, like as if they're all coming from the same training pit.

Nunsfuck i ask you to leave this thread, but you continue to heal your complexes. I am not a noob, nor i must that to approve to you, look at your comments, nothing constructive is there. You just spam everybodys thread, like you was spamming, my friends "bogatin's" thread with his so stupid first comment on his thread (Guerilla subforum). But he was not fool like me, bogatin just ignore the troll, and move on. My temperament is little different (blame myself for it). And Holy Nun was later in thread trying to be constructive, but people know that troll is a troll and again ignore him... What a stupid man... ubeliavable ... And for spelling and grammar... This is not my native language, beside my native i speak 3 more, when you stupid fuck have one, native, and you don't know how to use it... fuck off man even for me are not interesting anymore...

Fatburt, yes man i allredy know that, in matter of fact i said that in some of my posts... Anyway i appreciated that... go on..

all i know is if you try to transplant with not enough roots, you shock the plant and it takes week to recover, nice wet rootball and the plants start growing immediatly!

Going back to your first post on this thread. I know 2 strains that will work for you. And I think many other people on here do too.

But who wants to help anyone who acts like you? Your attitude is just amazing. I speak 3 languages too and I'm sure you are a dick in every language.

It sounds like you just want to tell everyone else how to grow. But if you want help from people i think you need to start over and think before you speak.

If your english isn't so good just keep your post simple and be polite. It works for everyone else with poor english.

Good luck.

It's a learning process Norn.
Please give the guy a break. I'm sure in reality he is'nt that bad after all > Just passionate about his way of doing things that seems giving him a window to make things work.
The anonimity on the internet seems doing weird things to many that are not aware of it.
Please tell us about your 2 strains Norn, cuzz by now you got me curious too. ;) :)

The first one is Iranian auto flower. Easy to clone and flowering point is about 18 hours. You can start from inside at 24 hours under veg lights and put outside anytime, almost anywhere in the world it will flower and stay in flower.
The problem with doing clones of IAF is it will finish flower at about 60 days outside and don't stretch too much so you have to almost veg-to-size indoor.
Starting seeds is easier - they will veg for 45 days and finish around 110. 3-5 oz, that is good for outdoor at 110 days.

First I will say before i tried IAF I talked with alot (more than 5) people on different forums by PM about it that said it looked alot like auto alffie. The way it grew, taste, everything .... maybe it came from auto alffie.

The second strain is wolf island sativa from da bean co. This is auto alffie x auto flowering sativa. This is exactly what the IAF / auto alffie needs to be used for taking clones and putting outside. To be crossed with a bigger, slower flowering sativa to give it more time to grow up/out. Website says up to 90 days to finish flower outdoor, and anyone with experience knows what that means. I didn't try it yet. Have to wait for the next season.

People have been writing about IAF for years on the internet - just do a search for it. I did just see another post where someone said they wanted to try the WIS this year and they agreed with me about how it will do outdoor. Google search, you will find it.

Oh, and clones can be slow if they dont' have enough roots, or you shock them, or you didn't plan your light schedule correct. So, for some people they are slower. You guys have all of this information in the sticky threads on top of the outdoor page - and you still want to argue "clones are slow" , "no, they are not" ..... Just amazing.

Also Nunscared is correct about how and why they just look smaller. The fact is normally they are much shorter and the flowers are bigger.

@ Norn, I grew IAF myself and was rather dissapointed to find out that they were not true auto flowering at all like as the name was suppose to indicate.
Here on 65 lattitude they hardly ever made it in bloom, so when you say they would work almost everywhere in this world you are indeed very right on the spot with your safety valve 'almost', lol

For Blinky however, this strain could indeed work like a dream for his cloning purpose, provided he's not as high up north as I am. ;)

Quote Norn:The problem with doing clones of IAF is it will finish flower at about 60 days outside and don't stretch too much so you have to almost veg-to-size indoor. Unquote.

You are right on that one but he's anyways gotto watch out with the amount of veg time he is going to give them, since otherwise he'd be carrying monster trees out in the bush and fail at his objective remaining stealthy. (I had them here like 220 cm tall before they shoot into flowering, pffff, lol, but that was ofc from seed)

BTW. I found info on IAF from several sources that it was just an early feno from 'Endless sky', a best selling regular from Dr. Greenthumb in cannada.
I can not know for sure wich info holds most truth, yours or mines, but since it is definatly not an auto I would rather go for the latter.

For blinky's outdoor methode & circumstances, cloning would as a matter of fact be a good solution though clones often are less hardy if it comes to dealing with pests & harsh weather conditions. Not to mention that if one bug seems to like your one clone... by the end of season they will have found them all. ;)

When I made my first post, I honestly thought he was a total noob and I overlooked the fact that he planned on having them in large pots in wich to put them outdoors.
I naturally assumed he would have planted them in open ground where dealing with natural circumstances and competing with nature would probably have become an issue.
Growing in pots in outdoors needs a hell of a frequent watering, so for that reason it did not pop me in that some ppl actually are willing to do that.

Your second strain sounds like a true auto however, so I wonder if that could work for his purpose but before opening my mouth I will first look into it.

Thanks for mentioning this strain Norn. Always happy when things like that come my way out of nowhere :)

Thanks you all people on criticism, i will slow down for a while. No hard feelings at all.. And sorry to you all... Offthehook is very friendly fellow (who understand me btw), sorry you too man. First of all i wanted to say this...

Offthehook i am at 43 north. I will be doing ground holes, much deeper then wider, 60 liters, native-humus 40%-40%, styrofoam 20%. Humus will be from store bought with some Worm casting. When i run out of $ i will find some local humus from the site (site is always woody areas with some clearings, across the woods, on the edge of it, etc...), mix it with native ground in the same manner with styrofoam (for aeration).

Will that be ok? I will sure not use humus, under, lat say from the evergreen trees, but will the ph can be much issue or can have a big variation from other parts of the woods? I learned that ph in the outdoors would not be such a problem.

For the first time i will be using dolomite lime, it can "stabilisate ph" of the soil, is it true?

My holes are always 50-60 cm deep, because of the climate in my part of the sky. Last couple of yrs. 39c and sometimes 40c for number of days. In the middle of summer, a month without rain is not uncommon. Potted plants will cook roots at that temperature. Deeper roots=cooler soil=slow evaporation=water retention=healthier roots.

First time using water crystals. My opinion on this is to lay down on the bottom of the hole, then soil, without mixing just soil on top crystals. And wait for rain to saturate it (i will not filing hole to the top with soil, i will leave 5 cm to see will it rain saturate hole and fill it up).
Or you think that i should mix it with soil? My opinion on this is because i think when roots grow they will grow through soil, and to the WC and drink from that, until all is gone. If i mix it with soil, i afraid that will form clumps in the middle of the hole, unbreakable for young roots to penetrate and stunt the plant. What do you think about it?

I will be using on every hole water crystals, ammending sites a month before planting for rain to saturate WC and animals to better introduce land before plantings.

I will be using couple of regions. Every region with 20-30 of sites. Every site 1-3 plants. Properly blended with wood plants. Without making trails, and with minimum maintenance. That is A LOT work. And just for photo period plants.

Besides all, in my plan is stated, that i must plant some numbers of autoflower (small, fast flowering species), early in urban surroundings (same as above i.e. couple of 'regions' around the city, and in the city), with group of one to ten, depend from site.
Exact number can be 50-100, and can be 500-1000. I want to explore that possibility, and i am sure that BIG numbers of people on this board, would like to see such grow. Not everyone lives in the bloody woods.
But, i don't have experiences with autos, i heard that are sensitive to ph (soil, water), if you fuck up veg period, you are written off, number of seeds, etc... not so no maintenance.
And for that reason i was asking about clonable, not revvegable, photo-sensitive strains, which i can clone, put out early may, early july, without reveging. And if i fuck up? There is alredy mother who i can clone, and improve things. Also uniform, female specimens... When properly, strategicaly, smart, throw of plants outdoors, i assure you you can grow near police dep. Harvest weight? Small, say 10g, but not a problem, when you have possibility to have NUMBERS, near you. I have sites for full grown, november finishing, Columbian sativa. But numerous of people, will give their right hands for selfgrown bud, even that was 5g's... Let's make us, and some starters (even a old g's), happy and help them to have their own... I will help anyone who needs it... That is my opinion...

Just trying to have your opinions people because i BELIEVE in you and this place. Thats all. And yeah, every beat and detail will be documented here. To people see if that can be accomplished. Or what can be accomplished. 200-300 holes digging... Alone? or maybe half with someone. We will see, but from januar 1. stop smoking, exercise, and prepare condition for march 1 (aka Julian recipie). :thank you:

I would be mostly interested to know how deep your ground water levels are in spring and to how far they will drop during dry season?

Styrofoam is not my fav ingredient. Only takes up space and doesn't add to nothing. Better dried clay chunks, for if you would want to give yourselves the trouble to dig, dry and chop it up into marble sized chunks.

Your further soil recepee sounds allright by me. It's hard to get it perfect the first time tho. All my spots have got significantly better during many years of measuring and amending it to desired standards.

You say you make 60 liter holes. That can also go wrong then. cuzz roots will grow out of that area and into poor soil by the time they need it most.

If your ground water levels are safe, you could line the sides from that hole with plastic.

If ground water levels are too deep then better not the plastic lining but rather dump EWC all around the spot where ever the roots may reach.

Hi Hydro! Yes i know for the mates in Canada! RCMC, Highrise... Thanks for the answer man, but i think that this strain will return to veg with the day getting longer... I was contact the Cres (breeder of Highrise) and ask the same question as here, but he just avoid answer and said that his strains are designed to not start indoors, better outdors (?)... Standard answer when people ask about very light sensitive strains... I was asking and Female seeds for the same, only for purple maroc, and guess what. He gave me the same answer like Cres :D ... Like his strains will revegg when daylight going longer, and better start in the natural light. I think that the breeders don't want to gave us a EXACT answer on this subject because they know that we will buy once from they, and clone our plants... But that is so unethical. They are there BECAUSE of us... We make their bussines, so we should get the right ansers... Hydro, mate, do you know someone who accomplished this, what you and i looking for? Do you see it? Because last i want is we to proceed with our plans, and discover in june that we are f***** up... What you will grown this season? What is your lattitude? I will finally document my progress here, to people see if this can be achievable. I want to use PM or GG#3, or Bluebonnic Guerilla... My first strain was BG, but i ask Cres for this and when he answer me i am not sure anymore... Do you know how clonable is GG#3? Stay Safe AND HIGH mate! ;)

HighRise seeds can be done indoors, but if you plan to start indoors then put them outdoors. Do not exceed 18 hours of light, otherwise once put outside it will flower, then start to re-veg.

What Reibsi is doing in the link of the first post is way to stinking much work.

Who would want to do that year after year when things can go so much more easyer.

Outdoor growing should be almost nothing else as just sowing a shit load of seeds to the ground, cull the weakest and let the weather do the rest for as much as possible.

If it gets as complicated as Reibsi is doing then he's doing something wrong imho.

That link was from 2006 btw, I reckon ppl must have smartened up by now.

Well it`s now 2013 and the game still remains the same...A perpetual outdoor Auto Afi harvest that happens every week...All Summer long... Why do people love to hate... Take care and stay safe/Ribs.

The man himself.....Have had mad respect for your outdoor projects for many many yrs Reibsi.......

If it`s not too much trouble , could you explain your cloning and pre-veg process before putting the plants outdoors during the summer for 12 progressive and perpetual weekly harveys by your season`s end ?.......IOW....

Do you have 12 weeks of summer like I do down south , and if not how many harveys per outdoor season on a weekly basis......

Reason being , I`ve been preaching perpetual "inside" for just as many yrs , and was wondering if a strain like your auto affie could be put on a 8-4/8-4 light schedule after fully rooted and still trigger flowering , but give extra 4 hrs lumens for foliage and root development during stretch , and then increased resin production from said extra 4 hrs increased light cycle compared to the flip @ straight 12/12......anyways....

Gladta see yas still strokin and refining to a solid "production" gameplan after all these yrs Bro....and yeah.......

Haters gonna hate.....O ye of little faith......The more you learn , the more you earn....

Respect Ribs....DHF.....:ying:.....

Whatever floats yer boat Reibsi.

And I'm not hating on you for a bit man.

Sorry for giving you the impression I did. I believe we're on the same team anyways.

Whatever works yanno. ;)

And yes. I may have been somewhat rude telling it this way, my appology, so I suppose we both each have our own comphortzone and habbits with ways we got stuck doing our thing. :D
