Co2 in basement?

High guys,

If someone were growing in a basement in 2 rooms below their bedroom(s) would you say using co2 is advisable or not? I know many people do but I just wanted to get more opinions.

Thanks

PEACE

Im assuming youre asking this because youre afraid of the co2 leaking upstairs, correct? Either way if youre using co2, the rooms should be totally sealed.
If constantly ventilating, it would be pointless to be using co2 anyway.

I want to seal the rooms for smell as well but yes i want to ensure my family is safe.

Any suggestions on sealing the rooms? Will poly work?
