Yea wow man, just got to the end of this post and you are killing it.
I have been running soil and hydro ebb/flow, but a couple friends trying coco out are raging about how awesome it is...I may become a convert after this thread.

Couple questions:
You use straight coco? no perlite? no hydroton on the bottom? brand of coco?

I saw you go in at like 1000ppm or about 1.5 EC?

You catch your runoff at like 800 do you add back nutrients to 1000ppm then use it again?

What happens if it comes out higher? like 1100-1200?

How many times do you reuse runoff, infinite?

Could you use normal soil plastic pots or have to use the air pots?

My god, the smell of that room has to be complex and self empowering....

I guess when the human body comes close to a large amount of living buds electricity is exchanged. I could feel those vides during alot of my outside large grows, its something special happing with the grower and his plants.

hey everyone! sorry for the lack of updates, ive been really busy! but all is very very well!!!

been cleaning and cleaning and planting and doing more work, lol
still not done!!!

im almost ready to flower again tho so im getting there, gotta transplant from half gallon pots to my 3 gallon air pots, then a few more days of veg, and im back n flower again!!!

i got some pics aswell but im gonna answer some questions before i get to posting um!

anc0- hey there! nice to have you drop in!!!
i run canna coco nutrients, plus some random additives aswell... never go over 1100 ppms, maybe 1200 MAX in peak flower..

never go lower then 500 ppms..
im running 3 gallon pots, def a pain to take apart and what not cause you have to zip tie them, atleast the model i have, but i tell you what, they work VERY good! so a small price to pay for such great pots!hope this helps! later

anferney-thanks bud! coco is def awsome, takes abit to figure it out but once you do i dought you would want to grown in any other medium... let me answer some questions for ya.

as far as feeding goes. this is how i do it.
start the week out with 1000 ppms..

next watering give 700-800 ppms of food

following 600 ... so basically keep going down until your runoff gets low again, i would say around 500 or 600 ppms is when i add 1000 again.. all about running your food down, lettting ur plants eat, then hitting them high again, hope that makes sense..

as long as it does not come back to high thats fine...you want food out there, but you dont want that number to go up each watering..

like you DONT want 1100 to come back, then next watering 1400 then next 1600, that would mean there locking out and you have problems ahead! make sense?

i reuse run off as needed. so can be everyday or if i have enough water ill ditch a bit, but ya pretty much infite... cept when you add certain foods like pk boosters n such, you only want those floating in the rez for a week or so, then you need to start over with a new batch of water..

you could use whatever pots you want forsure! no worries!!i just like airpots myself..

Hey,

Thanks for the info! Sounds about right, somewhat different from ebb and flow because the nutrients generally rise in ppm in the reservoir as you water throughout the week and have to water down the nutrient and ph down a bit.

One more question is what ratio if any do you use of coco to perlite?

Straight coco with any hydroton on top or bottom?

by the end im running 8 plants per table in 3 gallons pots of coco tho! hope that helps! later

hey there! thanks for checking out the thread... let me answer those questions now.

for humidity, in flower, never higher then 60 percent, and in veg its about the same, although if it goes over 60 i dont mind, its just so dry where i am it hardly ever does that...

never tried drip clean, have heard great things about it tho!!!
