Known seed creation screw ups and what their seedlings look like

Heyas :)

Interested in finding out what deficiencies, toxicities, conditions during seed formation... form what kind of deformities, issues, slowdowns or whatnot in seedlings.

In other words... if you've had a documented issue with a seed run and then had the same issue with all the sprouts from those seeds... I'd like to know what the issue was and see photos of the seedlings.

Hopefully that makes sense? :) (I'm autistic and can be quite obtuse at times. *sigh*)

:thank you:

Perhaps people don't like showing their screw ups? :)

I don't have any myself or I'd sprout and take pics. I DO have some seeds that the plants received too much magnesium... didn't seem to affect them any at all. Sprouts are normal.

Perhaps some more time will help. :)

Had a batch of White Widow I screwed up by not testing my soil before planting. They turned out to be all deformed and looked like a fungus was attacking them, when in fact it was a PPM of over 2k in the soil.

I'll take a shot at this. I belive if you make seeds and have grow problems during seed formation it may prevent a healthy seed from occuring. Any seeds that manage to make it and germ later will not be affected and will produce plants that reflect the original genes and will grow as well as conditions allow.

I've made seeds in the past with plants that were all messed up & lacking something or another and when i sprouted the seeds the seedlings & resulting plants turned out fine.
