flushing seeded plants?

I have two plants that are seeded and ripening nicely along with three other sinsemilla in the same cabinet/reservoirs (hydro). they are all nearing the last week or two of flowering and time to flush.
In the past I didn't flush any of my plants but since reading heavily here I have been planning on doing it this run.
I have two small reservoirs, 1.5g each, and three plants in each. Its kind of a hybrid shallow/deep water culture arrangement and has been working pretty well for my needs. Plants are Mandala #1 with two distinct phenos; one tall, green and super frosty; one short, dark purple and super smelly.

My main focus on this run is to generate some ripe beautiful seeds for future genetic banking. Should I flush or not?

both seed plants are in the same rez but the other rez has three unseeded so I am able to flush the one and still feed the seeds if that would be a good path.
What do y'all suggest?

Has it been at least 4 weeks since pollination? Preferably 5?

If so... flush away. If not... and the seeds are your priority, make sure they get at least 5 weeks of good nutrition before the flush (IME). The buds may be a little past ripe but they'll definitely be useable still. :D

Any seed makers care to yeah/nay on that?

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:

The cabinet overview. Approx 17" x 24" x 30" high, light is 100W MH, they stretched more than I had expected and was not prepared to fabricate a SCROG.
Seems I did not record when I pollinated, I thought I had written it down but did not. FAIL!
It's been about four weeks since first hit with pollen, I hit them a second time a week after that, just to make sure. could have only been three weeks since first hit, my memory sucks. the seeds I see peeking out of the flowers are fat but green.

Not until you see them darken and begin to split pods... you will still end up with underdeveloped seeds in the buds but you want as many to finish as you can.

Your smoke is secondary I take it.

You either take it way beyond peak potency to have it flushed or you just have beyond peak potency that isn't flushed.

I always just accept the fact that my seed scruff isn't flushed... it's usually made into hash or butter.
