Oh well, I didn't mean to be an asshole in any way and it seems you feel kind of personally offended so sorry. I just don't think it's a good idea.
This cabinet won't yield you much and I don't think it's worth the risk. I really think even if you said it's not an option guerillia is the only way for you to yield enough for your personal use. The cab will no where near yield you enough for 1 spliff a day, more like 1-2 a week if you calculate with roughly 2-3 months per cycle.
Do you have a car? If yes do some walks outside your city, I think your time is spent better if you search a good guerillia spot for april/may. When you have found one I would plant some regular strain plants which you can yield in october and some autos which you can yield in july/early august. If this goes as planned you should have a yield that might get you through some months.
Since you talked to your parents about it already and they said no getting an indoor operation that yields enough for your usage seems unrealistic somehow. Maybe you rather want to build a PC case as it's very stealthy and is bigger than your planned cab.
If you still think you should pull of that cabinet thing I would strongly recommend building a custom LED light like trem0lo did, should be the "thinnest" lighnting too and leave you with the most space you can get. You will in any case need ventilation for the cab. As for the smell control - I don't know what you gonna do about it. Theres seriously no place for a carbon filter in this thing, maybe on the outside.
Lastly, be smart. Don't get to emotional about all this and actually think about other options. The cab sounds like a bad idea. It really does. Think about the guerillia thing, I did it too when I couldn't grow indoors and it worked good. Just be sure to carefully pick the spot. You can just chop them down there and take it home after the summer.

That will work. Just remember your harvest will stink too. I pulled off a similar stunt when I was young. Only my mom came back in town a few hours early and found a paper grocery sac full finishing drying. Needless to say she was PISSED I had over a # of grass in her house. Didn't get to smoke any of it.
Thanks all of u guys but I am still thinking of it, but I believe this isn't a good option, so I'm not gonna do this..I have to say that I cannot do a guerrila cause I don't have a car and all the places I know have many people around..The nearest hill or mountain is too far away to go with a bus or something.I really appreciate your help and if I was more offensive than I had to, am saying sorry..
And Dr.Zoidberg thanks for ur advice and I am trying a lot not to go in jail cause these fucking cops in here are mad.They are searching every person they don't like.That's why I wanted to grow it in my house, cause I wouldn't have to carry weed on me anywhere.I would had it into my house and smoking in here so there couldn't be a reason to get caught.But it's ok, I will quit for a while to relax and then I will see what I have to do.

Thanks for support guys, I believe that I made the best decision.I thought this box could be hiden for some months, but it is allready discovered, I needed tons of fantasy to explain what it is but everything is allright now.. Am happy of this decision cause I can imagine what would happened If there was a plant in there. Best regards, and wish u all best luck.
