She a funny season. epic powder in the high alpine bowls, and bare rock at lower elevations. Not sure but think I may need sacrifice another board to appease the gods.

^ya it was like that down at mammoths too. everywhere looks like New Zealand's mountains where the snow starts 3/4 the way up

Finally been getting some snow here, it's awesome! Everything looks so much better with a fresh layer of snow on it.

the pow out here has been awesome. the storm door opened and we have been getting dumps every week. I have been going almost everyday. I even braved the crowds in the holiday mess of dumb fuck tourist.

How is everybody's season going? I'm having a blast riding park all the time now. I haven't seemed to of had any time off when we have gotten snow here. Plus park riding is new to me and I have good friends to ride with so I'm picking up jibbing fast. Hope everybody is progressing and shredding.

^De-tune your edges a bit if you're getting way into jibs! Nothing worse than getting caught up and tacoing. I'm in the park most of the day due to small mountains, but lately just been hiking ridge lines in the woods and earning fresh turns!

Good to hear man. I managed to taco a down rail right to my hip bone two weeks ago. Suck but what are you gonna do? Hope the season is well for everybody.

Awesome to come across this thread! Anyone riding interior BC right now? I spent all of December in Revelstoke, got 24 days of riding in 31 days total! Early season conditions were ALL TIME and it was empty until christmas, gonna have to dig up a pic or two for the pow hounds :)

alrighty, a few pow photos to tide over the fiends ;)

I go to Rev at least once a season for the past 4 years and still this year I found a ton of new stashes, my favorite place to go hands down! (Until i make it to AK that is!)

^Those pillow lines are so sweet!

Conifers of Gnarnia @ revelstoke has some amazing pillows! it took until dec 12 or so for the lower ones to really cover up but once they did.... PILLOW FORT. Best part is 98% of the 'tourists' come up the gondola, take one look at all the rocks on kill the banker and run the other way, leaving conifers untouched for days!

I like to get off the gondy, start heading to the stoke chair but take the first gate into critical glades, keep right and hit a few drops, cut across KTB and then into coni's. You can lap that all day without seeing almost anyone and it's a huge amount of vert in a short time, sooo good!:dance013:

Looking so choice for sure. So jealous, I've literally not had one single power day this year yet, not one. At least silverton, steamboat, and wolf creek are getting dumped on right now. Got another trip in the works for silverton, same as last year. Can't wait. Hope all ya'll are doingg well.
