gotta be a change

tired of winter, economy, Obama, nwo, gun arguments, small minded people, being responsible, working hard and getting no where like a rat in a cage, I work I work I work I come home and work no fun ever and in years too always been working or working for to get there and there never comes and I work even harder lol

I want to go on a wild wicked crazy fun vacation somewhere
and kick my shoes off and relax and just get wild ( I wont know anyone there and never see them again just kidding of course )

I GIVE and give and give to others. everything is for others

wish could go to a foreign country or just some awesome place that is exotic tired of the same ole same ole

I have spent my whole life doing for others always taking care of others. always sacrificing and then always taken advantage of and having to start all over with nothing.

this girl just wants to go have some fun..
where are some very fun places to go that couples can go
and with my other half is in chronic pain and cant walk far

I don't know about you, but in about 7 years when I turn 40 years old I am done with mainland America. It's going to be a permanent vacation for me. I have spent my whole life in giant, hustling, bustling, noisy, polluted cities full of violence and retirement is going to be the island life for me!

:woohoo:

I know what you mean. I was telling my wife the other day that our marriage was really hitting on all cylinders and everything was looking up for us, but now we were getting too old and too sick and worn out to appreciate it.

I know where you are coming from pink. You do and you do and you give and you give and you have to wonder where it all will end up. Hang in there, it will get better for you.

Lots of love headed your way.

Cordially,
MPD

Take a trip to a national forest, its a cheap vacation. Not sure what the weather is in the southern states or if your in the states....but thats an idea, camping is fun and driving can be rough as well as setting up n taking it down...but its good to get into the forests!!!

It's very expected to feel tired in this world.

I hope you find a sandy beach and strong drinks with little straw hats!!

Smoking on a beach seems to let your stress ebb with the tides ;)

Funny that you say that. I mean, look at your grammar. You can include some commas in your sentences to make them a bit more understandable. :)

Back to topic. I feel 'ya OP. Feels pretty stupid to work this hard to fill someone elses pockets. No wonder people are getting furstrated around the world.

It's okay sometimes it takes a sour apple to make the rest of the cider sweet ;)

I think everybody would do themselves well to at least hit a hot tub and a joint to unwind every now and again...

If we forget to we could end up judging other attitudes with our attitude...

And, let's agree here, that wouldn't be very becoming.

Move out to the country...and eat you a lot of peaches...

Seriously, geographically cures are not the answer. Virtually all Governments operate on the same level of corruption, people are generally stupid, if it weren't guns, folks would argue about something else. If you let others take advantage of you, they'll do so anywhere and we're all basically doomed...

As far as a vacation, that depends on what you enjoy and about 20 other factors. If you like sun, semi-tropical environment, sand, water and peace of mind...Marco Island, Florida is one of my favorite getaways. It's out of the way, has a good culture, is close enough to drive to any type of attraction you could imagine (Short of snow skiing and sledding.)

Come to think of it...I'm due for a vacation and world class fishing.

Taken from "Consumer Reports" on staycations (ya, I hate that word, too).

Behind-the-scenes tours
Formal ones are available at company museums and factories, as well as at fire stations and police stations. But if parents ask nicely, they can also get their kids a tour of a movie theater projection room, the pinsetters at a bowling alley, or other places kids are curious about. Television stations, radio stations, and newspaper production facilities also offer tours.

Museums, observatories, planetariums
Art, science, children’s, aviation, history … there are lots to choose from, and most have areas dedicated to kids. My kids spent nearly two hours at just one exhibit involving golf balls rolling up and down hills to show the science of roller coasters. A new trend is the museum sleepover, a program aimed at preteens and teenagers.

Scenic train rides
Ranging from about 30 minutes long to day trips, they can be a romantic idea for adults but they also often cater to kids. Some have pretend “train robberies” and other shows.

Water parks
They’re easier to find now than they used to be, because many cities have built them as part of their recreation centers and natatoriums. Community swimming pools are another option.

Zoos and aquariums
Young kids love the zoo, of course, and there are some very good aquariums around the country. Many zoos also offer behind-the-scenes “VIP” tours and have special camp programs for kids.

The next five:
• Sporting events (as well as stadium tours)
• Camping (as well as hiking, biking, wilderness viewing areas, state parks)
• Regional amusement parks
• City festivals
• Family fun centers (with bowling, miniature golf, go karts, laser tag, that sort of thing).

Especially for adults
• Sunset cruises on lakes (usually with dinner)
• Wine-tasting and winery tours
• Community theater and touring Broadway productions
• Historic home tours
• Concerts
• Ski-lift rides in offseason
• Staying at a local resort for a few days
• In-town Bed and Breakfasts

Peace! Good luck! Have fun!

Is correct and nobly put. Plus nobody (i.e me) pays attention to writing apostrophes and ,:, ,0( punctuation on forums........
