12/12 from seed to find good mom then take cuts??

while i reveg my keeper cherrys im think of doing the above with some ogiesel and gauva 13 seeds, as i dont have room for males any more

plan is
reveg cherrys big enough to take cuts while seeds go 12/12 to find good fems to chop into a couple of clones hopefully about the same time i can take clones from my keeper cherrys and get an nice even grow of dankness to make up for my loss

any thoughts on this?

I don't think it would be a problem , however with great seeds like that, i would want to see the best female that was at least flowered out with alternating nodes (a mature plant)
i dont think you will get to see what the true expression of the plant is going 12/12 from seed, you might get the best female if it really is a stand out from the rest, but if you have several great phenotpes it migh b rather hard to pick, but do what you gotta do man

I have run 12/12 and had good results. I am starting to believe that you do really get the most out of a plant with some veg first.... Just the time to really get well rooted and robust seems to help.

not full bloom just til i can find the fems and take cuts which will then be vegged up the mother will be given away or discarded
