Im planning on moving on to using coco medium as I've been hearing good things about it. Has anyone used fox farms nutirents with the coco medium? I really like fox farms nutrients but will switch to canna if I have to. Alot of folks say its better to use a coco specific nutrient line.

its all about proper cal levels in coco. i ran aqua flakes from house and garden in coco with flawless results with calmag as a supplement. i say use what you got and just add some cal. i found even with coco specifc nutes i was still needing cal. ive been trying to find the "best" nute for years lol. now ive found what works for my situation and im sticking to it until it no longer works for me. no more chasing unicorns lol.

I've ran fox farms grow big and organic micros. I had a great results. I even thought about switching to the grow big permanently in veg

ive run veg and flower. liked the flavor, wont do it again. take it eaasy w the tiger. calmag is a must if you dont use tap water and epsom. but for ease and cost go with botanicare

thanks guys really appreciate all the feedback. I'll grab some cal mag and just add it in with the nutrients. Is cal mag required to the end?

I hear ya. I kept looking for something better (cheaper) than what I was running but everytime I'd fall for the hype that something was "just as good" at half the price or whatever, I always regretted it.

Still, if I hadn't been willing to give it a chance I would've missed out on the pH Perfect line Advanced Nutrients came out with awhile back.

You don't want to spend all your time chasing a mythical idea of "best nutrient" but you also don't want to get so stuck in your ways you never see the better option when it comes along. But you're right, too many people waste too much time trying to make the nutrients do the work for them.
