Azamax/trol work well, but I want to call attention to Azasol.
Azasol is the oil free, water soluble form of Azadiractin. It is, as a result, much more systemic. The big plus is that I haven't seen any phytotoxicity with Azasol, whereas with Azamax/trol, I usually get some setback. About the same cost, much longer shelf life. Good luck. -granger
