When it comes to shopping there is one key thing I keep consistent. That is patience.

Check out my brand new Frigidaire Dehuey. 50 pint model. drum roll....... EIGHTY BUCKS. Super happy about the Dehuey.

Alas seeds are a huge upset for me... I thought I had things in check.

I have Can-Fan Max Duct. It has to be the culprit of the seeds.

I went ahead and took pictures of stuff. Some Doodles on a few to point out what im thinking.

I'm going to figure this out.

Retaped the Surge protector in the room. I bet money, the surge protector is the problem. The seeds are showing up on larf and I only found 2 big nugs with what looks like seed on 1 of them for sure, the other has some wierd thing like no where else, i think the start of a new seed. So being underneath everything I gave that thing a big cover up.

I also put panty hose over the elbow where the duct is clamped onto it. You can't see any light from inside the duct any more when looking through the exhaust port into the duct.

I hope that is the solution.

Woke up early today.

Woke the girls up too, snuck into the closet before the lights.

Hung out in there for 10 minutes in pitch black thinking my eyes would adjust, but with no light to draw in and with no luck in finding a single light source, good thing, I got out before the lights turned on.

Is it okay to do that? Go into the room 10 minutes early before lights are on, then walk out a minute or 2 before the lights turn on? I know the photo period is crucial but I'm not sure how lenient it is.

Youre fine man. You just dont want to do it all the time. And personally I wouldnt do it in the middle of the 'night'.

The site would be filled with nasty hps pics if A LOT of us didnt pop in and out real quick just prior to/immediately after the light being on.

Couldnt agree more. I run my lights at night just to assure that Im around if something unforseeable happens ie. fire.

Besides a financial incentive. What are some other reasons to run lights during the night? I thought this through and with how things are here. Night time is too busy. People always over, we use more electricity at night when everyone is home than I do running my A/C and a 18/6 light schedule during the day and early morning.

Everyone barks about this but never provides reasoning and logic behind the motive.

I need something to help me find sense in that.

Well if youre already running more juice at night while everyones there thats all the incentive you should really need... You have to actually request that type of rate from the power co.
Its something like a 40% savings on juice. The air is cooler so you need less power to cool.
You seriously shouldnt need an AC for a 600W grow at this time of year. Ive needed an AC during the summer for veg with 800W and up, but dont really need it to flower unless I wanna close it up and run a dehuey. This time of year Im running a humidifier through stretch though.
I dont think Im gonna grow at all this summer, but I for sure wont be vegging with an AC

It fucking wreaks of marijuana with the slightest opening of the closet door. The Carbon filter is only doing a 90% job because the funk is that dank. Ona Pro Gel ftw!

As you all know I have beans in the making. Hopefully they mature by the end of my run because I want them.

OG Kush has confirmed bean sites as well as Cush. The seeds aren't on every single bud and are scattered on the plants, making me really confused as to why the beans that popped up are so randomly scattered around. I am refuting my statement about the light leak causing the problem. It might have been a tiny factor but stress had to have done this, the girls probably went into survival mode to ensure they kept chugging along later.

Idk, light leak would either be so great everything would be effected or the light only effected a single area, but the OG Kush Seeds can't be from a light leak, the nugs w/ beans are under the screen/canopy. W/e as long as I have tiger stripped fat seeds, idgaf.

Microscope is a few days away, Hygrometer as well.

Should I start flushing? Been advised to feed base everyday this week and then flush all week 8.

I should rephrase what I said earlier... I didnt mean they werent getting enough base. What I meant to have said was that the amount of additives compared to the base. It looks like they got plenty of N.
Id try and flush the hell out of them. They probably have all the nutes they could ever use already stored. I wouldnt feel comfortable giving those plants anymore nutes.
One thing about hermie seeds is that will probably become prone to hermies with whatever condition caused the plants to seed in the first place.
If thats a nute or light problem you better have it 100% dealt with before you try those beans out

The V+B plants don't get additives, or anything as a matter of fact besides 1 teaspoon of V+B per gallon, and a gallon feeds 3 for a few days. I treat the coco like soil, I know I know, but this shit is mad work.

Next run I'm only doing a hand full of plants, not 30...

And you are onto something Tribal regarding the Nutrient use.

So this guy Lyryc, Totally picked off a bud from a plant, a bud site that was 100% done.

He dried it in open air just sitting on a shelf in the grow room. 2 days.

The plant was never flushed, but he was like hey fuck it, im new to this, im going to try this, lets smoke this shit!

Just smoked my first Cush nug. Mind you with no flush, it tastes awesome and hits super hard, even burns white.

It was eye ball like a .3 size nug, if even, so I roasted her in 1 snap after taking a few pieces off to the side and burning them to see how they would burn, could of used another day of drying.

Yesterday I fed the girls the last batch of Nutrients. Base + Additives.

From now on I am feeding with ph'd water and going to do a huge flush with Final Phase.
