Hi fellow growers
Want to make a start here @ the icmag pit ;-)
First, my name is: xxxxxx (Sorry, had to be anonymous....)
Im 33 years old and growing my own weed since about 1 year and a half. Im married since 2007 and have no children. (My babies are in a tent and smokeable)
I read a lot on the forum the last few months an decided to register finally, looks like a pretty nice place here!
A little look in the past what i've grown:
First grow startet with about 40 cuttings of Sensi - Big Bud under 2x400W HPS, was very successful, harvested around 650g, that was enough for me and my grow-partner for the next 3-4 Month enough time to plan further...
Then the first seeds got popped, i thought for the beginning i start with cheap nirvana fems., I took the Master Kush and the Swiss Cheese, made some experimentation with the plants like take cuttings, look how to use the fertilizer correctly, etc...then send them to flowering (with cuttings) under the 2x400W....was not so good like the first grow, but not bad -> around 400g Weed and about 25g fine bubble-hash
Then my grow partner was began building his own growroom so we can split work, i grow some motherplants, make cuttings and he sends them in a SOG's under 2x600W HPS to flower....
So I popped 10x Flying Dutchmen - G Force fems., just 5 germintated, the other 5 never came out of the dirt.... :-( I thought, that isnt that bad, because their fems., bad thought: 2 SOG's later, and with two G Force motherplants (G13 pheno and a Skunk pheno), my friend called and said i had to take a look -> All cuttings became hermies.....same evening i came home and killed both plants
but in my room (2x400W MH) was enough space because there where just the two G Force left till then, so i popped 9x Alpine Seeds - X-Dog reg. (i will never buy any fem. seeds again!!!! Damn hermies....), these plants grew very well, had 4 males, which i kept one and five ladies.....
Damn, long story but it ends soon....
I choosed to select the new motherplants (X-Dogs) at my place, so i bought a DarkRoomII XL (1,2m x 1,2m) with a 400W ballast with HPS/MH lightbulbs, this grow is now at day 58 and will be harvested on saturday.
