Well im really pleased to hear WA legalised and u can own a ounce of herb

But really dudes, getting weed in the state is still underground.

If they legalised GROWING not just possession i would be on the first flight to Seatle and starting my own little business and providing medecine to those in need :dance013:

my third incarnation will witness the spiritual event of acceptance of the sacred geometry inherent in cannabis specie and it's relevance to the cosmic vibration guiding the dance of the cauduceus.

it's time travel that allows this visage to manifest.....see ya there!

I actually see it happening fairly quickly... definitely within the next 5-8 years.

Keep in mind that alcohol was deregulated by the feds in less than a decade... once enough states put the pressure on.

Cannabis isn't alcohol though... it's waaaaaaaay better for humans and the word is spreading. Again... I don't see it lasting much longer. Lots of fighting left, but it's the last gasps of a dinosaur. :)

In some states I think within the next 8 years. Like Oregon, and some others will probably relax. On the other hand states like Texas, Florida, Louisiana, etc. I would not be surprised at all if they increased the penalties for marijuana.

I think it's still a very long time away.. They are still considering fighting Wa and Co if any retail spots open or anything of that sort.

federally, my guess is within 10 years. locally, areas will be able to declare themselves "dry" just as with booze, my guess.

Shit will never be legal in tobacco country...back home in va they're pushing legislation to make the high grade herb I enjoy here in cali everyday a substantially higher criminal offense. Shit is weird...garbage cartel herb gets you a felony and well grown herb will get you a murder charge offense if Phillip Morris lobbyist have their way.

Screw em... let them concentrate on commercial outlets...

When I'm done up here... you won't be able to drive through the mountains without coming away with a free ounce of dank! :woohoo:

I'm talking an entire community of pot-friendly, HAPPY people... those that want to remain intolerant and grumpy can MOVE. :)

At most elevations in colorado... you should be able to spend $100 per plant and grow 3-5lb trees outside. That's 9-15lbs of bud each year. (PER PERSON!) :) I'll be working on strains that can be pre-vegged and flowered out at 10,000 feet here... at least a pound each... probably more.

OVERGROW COLORADO!

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:

i foresee it getting easier and easier to find areas to grow that don't aggressively prosecute growers. there will be a flux in the grey areas over time as too how aggressive a grower can be without being prosecuted.
