not enough info about the plants.
try not to change more than one thing at a time to figure out if that worked or not.
how big are the plants?size of pots?type of media?nutes/ppm?pics?
lots of info here on this site, and even more nice people that are willing to help.
FYI-I only curl leaves when I over fert a young plant that cant handle a lot of nutes yet.BUT,everyone's situation and conditions are different. Just my 2 cents
peace and good luck

the "I changed alot recently" might make things hard but the best thing to do is to go from here on with a basic recipe and not make any changes until you dial in something simple first.

first things first

what are you growing in
what are you feeding them
what sort of experience do you have growing?

Now you've got an account, the next trick is to learn how to post a pic, with that we can let ya know what's going on much better
If the leaves have turned colour as well then it's probably an over nutrient problem, or it could be a PH problem...

if the leaves are green and simply curling up it could be way to dry for your girls or the heat is to high ie. when it's low humidity in the room it's usually cuz the heat is to high...

all depends on the pic you'll kindly provide for an accurate evaluation...

dude, you've got broad mites. the leaf stippling is textbook. you may have other issues, but you've definitely got broad mites. they're invisible to the naked eye, but if you get a 30x scope you'll probably see them. you'll definitely see the eggs. google it for photo examples.

good news is they're easy to get rid of. if you're in veg and can afford some chemicals. today avid. 2 days later, remove affected foliage. 7-10 days later, forbid. clean thoroughly. bang!

growtech started a great thread about this one awhile back. have a gander.
https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=228387

best of luck.

The discoloration makes me think humidity issue (read VPD). I'm assuming since its January your are indoors but correct me if I am wrong.

The burnt tips is probably your mix being too hot.

Ok too hot ive wondered. Since im giving tea 3 waterings to 1 water.
My soil i believe is neutral just perlite and spahgum
As for my brewing. Im using a nylon with suggested and maybe a lil less peruvian seabird i have all 4yall guanos. Some kelp meal, worm castings and manure composted all in one nylon i let it bubble at room temp for 2 days and water with it. No dilution. Like i said i sometimes add botanicare calmag or some myco madness. Molasses thats it.
I doubt mites.. ive got no pest strip hanging within 4 ft

you got no ph buffer lime dolamite lime in your soil to maintain a proper ph in ur soil. you need somethi.g to break it down too like ewc in ur soil also to provide humuc acid. third you need liquid karma inur tea mix to help break it down better imho.

What is ewc and what can i do for my plants now since i didnt add dolamite lime to my soil... and can i add it to my tea?

Earth worm castings. You would do well picking up a book on growing for newbies. it will help you..I get leaf curl from over watering and to much N. If yo can eliminate these then you can focus on other issues. Your pics look like heat stress and your medium is to hot
